We will never again get a deep fried Turkey for thanksgiving from here. We were told it would be ready to eat right after pick up and when we cut into it was still raw. We had to cook it for another hour before it was safe to eat. All of our sides were done way before that because we thought it would be ready to eat but unfortunately we had to eat sides first then wait on the turkey. Super disappointing, especially for how much we paid for this.

First of all, this restaurant was not busy when I came in. There was some sort of management meeting going on in the dining room. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, asked for it to be cooked fresh, was told it would take 8 minutes, I agreed to the wait. I also ordered a chicken little for my friend.22 minutes later I went up and asked for my food, the manager got my food, bagged it and I went to my car. Upon opening the bag, they had missed the chicken little. I went back in and the manager said he would get it for me. I watched the manager come from the dining room, walk back to the cook line, did not wash his hands, then started to make the sandwich, he dropped the piece of chicken on the floor, picked it up and finished making the sandwich. When he handed it to me i was at the 31 minute mark. He did not apologize, just handed it to me and walked away.I threw the sandwich away on the way out the door.DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!COLONEL SANDERS WOULD BE ASHAMED THAT THIS PLACE HAS THE NAME KFC ON THE DOOR!!!

Avoid going to the 104 & Chambers KFC if possible.. been through the line on two separate occasions and each time they've forgotten multiple things in my order.. Drink, sauces, sides.. you name it. Then when you go back to tell the employees your order is wrong or they forgot something, a few of the employees tend to catch attitudes like you're inconveniencing them... oh well. Just avoid this place if possible

Wish i could tell you how good the chicken is but i have been there 3x in the last 2 months and twice they did not have any chicken available for 20 minutes and the third time they said they only had crispy chicken. When i asked how long it would be for original flavor, the answer was "i don't know".I wont waste my time again. Right across the street is Popeyes chicken and the always have chicken.This KFC should shut down.DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE OR CHICKEN FROM THIS OCCASION.

I ordered a 5-piece and was told I needed to get a 6-piece even though there was a 5-piece tenders on the menu. The 6-piece changed the piece to ala carte which increased the cost. Then there was a 10-minute wait for the meal. No I would not return to this location. That was deceitful.

We ordered a 8 piece meal bucket, and two pieces of dark meat were not cooked all the way. We told the manager, she checked the driver and there was a problem. She shut it down and started another frier. Gave us another bucket of chicken and a free cake. Manager gal was AWESOME. Went on 4/20.
