Worst franchise. We ordered two fish o fillet. One with no cheese; instead of removing cheese they removed tartar sauce. The fish fillet was also very dry and felt that it was a day old because that was not fresh.P.S. the box said no american cheese but instead we got the sandwich with no tartar sauce

Interesting someone said the cleanliness was okay. That is not the case for the kids area. Not good, it needs to be cleaned. There are crumbs in every crevice, an active leak where kids are falling. It’s a good main lobby but the kids area needs some serious attention.

They mess up my orders all the time. Today they were rude and unprofessional on the intercom in the drive through. They almost always make me park and wait for my food at the drive through. Today the teenager that brought my food out looked like he was stoned and was mumbling and he only gave me half my food.

Not expecting much from a fast food joint but this was terrible. Buns stale, burgers/fries cold, and condiments on cheeseburgers literally falling out the side into the wrapper. Too bad I took my "meal" to go, or I would have spoken to the manager. Waste of $10.

We have been visiting this place for about a year, and it was always good. Recently food quality and service became worse. It is hard to resolve issues directly with stuff, because they barely speak English. No apologies for missing or incorrect items.Today we as usual ordered breakfast and got junk. Hot cakes are extremely bad, not fresh and hard to chew. One sandwich came with someone’s bite on it. All buns were not fresh too. And it seems like it was just warmed yesterday food.
My son ate the nuggets that were not cooked all the way. I noticed too late to stop him from finishing.

Drive thru always slow. Ordered a mcdouble and a coke. Got my coke and then told to go wait in parking spot 2 for my mcdouble. Fast forward 10 mins. Really 15 mins for a burger and coke. Crazy.

Staff is usually friendly here and fairly quick, but too many operational problems at this location. The app menu never syncs with what is actually being served. Apps says lunch starts at 10:30am, but only allows breakfast orders past 11am. On this day, it didn't switch until at least 11:15am so I had to order in person (since 2 of 4 kiosks were non-operational). When the app did update, I redeemed a reward as a table service order, but no one ever brought it out. (The table number is displayed in about 100 pt font on the receipt.) It was still sitting behind the counter 10 min later when I was ready to leave.I know it is just fast food, but even the basic business operation seem to be a challenge here.PS - Since you've taken away the ketchup pumps, it is time for McD to offer ketchup in something other than those little 1/4 oz squeeze packs. Who has time to open 5-6 of those per person?
