The food is great but the girls who work there are not friendly, especially the younger ones, they serve you with such enthusiasm that it seems like you are asking them to eat for free.

This is the worst Panda Express there is. The manager DeeDee is so rude and just outright ridiculous. They forgot to put my Orange chicken in the bag and then tried to make it seem as if I was lying about it not being there. Then she claimed to check the cameras and wasted time for 10 minutes. After arguing with my wife about it, I didn't want the food anymore, so we just wanted a refund. Dee Dee claimed she couldn't do a refund. The quality of food has been consistently dropping my wife's food was just poor seems like it sat under the warming lamp all day. I'm pretty sure I'll just stay away from this Panda. The one in Prarie View is much better and has better service.

Ordered at drive through, got to the window and paid, then the cashier told me they were out of one of the entrees I ordered. I substituted beef & broccoli and it was 99% broccoli when I got home to eat

As of lately this panda has been slacking, they asked if I could pull around front to wait for chow mein which I understood but then it took 20 mins before they finally brought out my food and the box was really light when I got home this is what I got 2 baby scoops and some chow mein for $15 smh like if they thru in some egg rolls or rangoons for the wait at the least but this is crazy

Gave us almost 5 pieces of Orange chicken and another 5 of honey seaseme. The times we have gone they give us the plates almost empty. It's like they get it taken off their paychecks to give customers more meat or rice.

Good food. Great service, I couldn't access my card because I didn't have any internet, so one of the workers let me use their hotspot so I could access my card and pay for the food + they gave me a discount for my trouble. 5 stars

Went there for dinner. Got my order and paid for it. Asked for some soy sauce and the young man who was behind the counter said that they had no soy sauce.How does a Chinese restaurant run out of soy sauce. If I had known before I made an order I'd probably would have left.
