Worst Popeyes by far. Customer service extremely sucks. If you ask for a manager from a counter chicken flipper, they have to know why and give you an attitude. Make sure you count your pieces of chicken before you leave here because they hella short changed me. Had to drive back to get the missing pieces. The lead was actually mindful and not rude so I give them props for that but the management will know what kinda disgrace this kind of service is from the other employees I have had to deal with on trips before.

Cashier and cocker was totally worst and they easily saying no or don’t have a thing what you asking, no respect for customers ??? I recommended to do not buy a food from here, but the way cashier sold me a jalapeño for 4$ buy 1 peace ???

Thee absolute worst popeyes I've been to. Don't come here! I ordered beans and rice for side. The rice was stale/crunchy and the beans don't taste like popeyes. The customer service was horrible. The two girls act like I bothering them from playing games on their phone. They didn't even give me spicy chicken like I asked for. I'm never coming back to this one. There's other restaurants with better quality for those prices.

Why is it $19 for a tender box combo here ?. What's wrong with the prices at this Popeyes. Just left and went to the one down the street. Same thing is half the price.

Not only was the worst popeyes Ive been to, the chicken was the worst gas station chicken Ive had. They also do not have prices on their menu and charge ~40% more than the prices on doordash in person.I normally really enjoy popeyes but if this had been my first experience at popeyes I would have never gone back.

I have come here for years & never ever had an issue. Never had a problem. Until July 23, 2024. I’m not sure what the heck happened. Did they switch management or what but, the quality of the food has majorly decreased. My chicken was not good. And the worst part was I ordered red beans & rice and I had like one bean & like a half a scoop of rice. The worst experience i have ever had here. If they continue to be the people who run this I will NOT EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. That was ridiculous.

The register needs an update, as it wasn't working at the time of my order and waiting in line was longer than if I was at the airport.. so I did the mobile order and done. There were 3 parties of 4 infront of me and even though they'd probably been here before, was like a deer in headlights at the counter...The 4pc chicken strips, sweet heat dipping sauce, the mash taters & Mac are outstanding.. way better than greasy KFC or Churches.. The apple pies are the best too.. sucks they run out of the promotional flavors too fast.. (take down advertising)..Restaurant was clean, as the bathrooms.. I'd give 5 stars but 4 was pushing it... Reading other 2-3 star comments, I could totally see the reasoning why... My buddy got 3pc all white.. got one big breast and 2 what looked like buffalo wings to make up the 3 pc.. if I'm paying more for all white meat, why do they feel the need to give really small white meat chicken whatever they were.. I normally get the spicy chicken sandwich, but my heart goes to a place called Zach's chicken.. way better than Popeyes and Wendy's
Lisa here, at this Popeye's, is a front line cashier. I was totally impressed by her customer service! She was fast, and friendly, and when we had a question about our order, she quickly explained it to me! We well be back here! ?

I’m absolutely disgusted!I came to order some food since me and my 5 year old son were starving and the cashier without a word and anything KICKED my 5 year old into the kitchen and dipped him into oil!!! Horrible service , I am never coming back again!

This location should be closed. After placing an order online. I arrived 20 minutes later to pick up and order only find out the order was not ready when I got the wee. I was told I needed to wait another 7 minutes and it would be ready. Lol absolutely not. The manager pretty much said since it was an online order with Popeyes I need to call them because they couldn't refund anything. The staff is incompetent and the location is trash. Don't waste your time. If I could give it zero stars. I would.
