We order the number 11 and The chicken was very crunchy and the fries very hard for my kid also order the slinger meal and the chicken was hard and old mozarella stick breading was very dry supper disapoint. Not going back lets keep an eye on the Holding times of every product check your sales dont cook too much if you think the day will be slow in my opiniion i rather wait and im pretty sure other customers will wait then eat dry food ?

Seems my old review was removed or something changed when sonic HQ took over.This is possibly the worst Sonic. They're incredibly slow and somehow still mess up the order time and time again. It's truly my own fault for going here every few months to see if they've improved. Ordered and paid for 2 breakfast burritos today and only received one. A few months ago it took literally 15 minutes in the drive thru lane after I ordered before I just gave up and left. Even if you get all your food at this location they will find a way to mess it up, whether that's including toppings you asked to exclude, or forgetting chili on your chili tots. Last summer I ordered a strawberry shake and they gave me just plain ice cream. They never have the promo items at this location, such as fried pickles, even though they have the signs up.I suppose now is the time I drive to another franchise or just stop going all together. At this point I only go every few months, so probably not something I need in my life.And before HQ comments, no I'm not talking to the franchise direcky. If they cared this location would have been fixed years ago, talk to them yourselves to save your brand image. Do a surprise shop here 10 times and see how many times your order is quick and accurate.

After a long day of driving we were starving and stopped by here. As soon as the girl taking our order started talking, she gave us an attitude. I let it slide because i've worked in fast food before I know customers can put your mood down. I'm ordering and not only her tone but the way she's speaking to me is awful. she goes "okay anything else?" "I can't hear you repeat that again" so i'm like okay maybe i'm not talking loud enough. I raise my voice so she can hear me and she says "don't yell at me, there's no reason to yell at me" and I tell her I am simply speaking up because obviously she can't hear me and at that point I start giving her attitude right back at her. Our good comes out and a young man I didn't catch his name I asked if there was a manager on duty and he said he was the manager and I told him the situation. He handled it so well props to him and whoever trained him, he was so nice and understanding. The only thing is that he said she has gotten in trouble a lot for being rude to customers. If it's an ongoing issue then fire her??? lol. 5 stars for the young man and as for the girl, if you don't like your job then quit.

I have come here about 6 times since it's close to my work when I have a busy schedule, and my order and my coworkers order is always WRONG! It's so frustrating, especially when they charge us for the wrong thing! Idk if they are under a new manager or still training but this is getting out of hand!
