Very rude manager working today, white lady with glasses and tattoos. Just witnessed her refuse to serve a customer because he asked if she was having a bad day because she was being rude to him as well. Couldn’t even greet us with a hello welcome in or what can I get you. Recommend a new manager asap, you’re losing valued customers that live in this area.

I've never felt the need to write a review until now. Slowest service ever, paid $12 for a wrap that employee put the smallest amount of veggies on as possible. I was told this is the amount of veggies for a 6", even though it's a $12 wrap. Basically a tortilla with a few slices of meat.

I get it, it's a Subway. Can't expect much, but no meatballs, short on bread, no straws, half the soda machine was out of order and the slowest service ever. Management is the issue in a case like this. Not the employees fault but such a disappointment after a long flight.

Ordered delivery. The Uber guy came spoke no English not is fault. Order was wrong. Payed for double meat sandwiches and cokes. It did not happen! When I call them the girl said what do you want me to do! I say your job! Rude brat! She said she had a line and she could remake them and I could come and get them. I said the reason for delivery was I did not have a car! She said what do you want me to do. Your job!

If I could leave it no stars I would. 2 out of 3 of the employees appear to be under the influence. They were dirty and incoherent and couldn't seem to figure out what was going on. Waited over a half an hour for my order that was placed on the app and then was missing half of my order!

I had stopped going to this location a few years ago because the bread was not fresh and the vegetables didn't look very fresh. Today I went back thinking it may have changed. There was one woman in there working. I ordered my typical order... A footlong turkey on wheat bread with EXTRA lettuce, extra green peppers and Extra Onions. The woman bearly put any lettuce and exactly 6 pieces of green pepper and 6 small pieces of onion( not even a full slice). I asked her to please put extra. She said she is only allowed to put 6 pieces. I thought she was joking with me. She wasn't. I said your kidding me right? She said, no, I'm only able to give 6 pieces by our rules and I like to follow the rules. She said she's a single mother of two and really likes her bonus! I asked for salt and pepper as the topping and then said, do you count the grains of salt too? I told her I've never had an issue before and I wouldn't be back. She said, that's fine. As I was leaving she said, looks like you just want to argue. I left and called her a name. Went to the other subway down the street and told them what happened. They finished my sandwich with the extra toppings I asked for. I won't be going back! Bread was dry/ old. What lettuce I did get was partly brown. This was 10 am so..

My brother and I ordered online on May 2, and we picked it up around 8:00 pm. Both of our sandwiches barely had any chicken and sauce. I called them and they said they could remake the sandwich, but I didn’t really have time to go back and get it remade. I asked them for a refund but they said they would have to talk to management. I didn’t get a response back from them so I hung up. It’s very disappointing because we’re both regular customers there and usually there would have been no problem with the sandwiches during the afternoon.
