I love the wing. The specific wing Street there are some that are really dry what the case are they were fresh and they were prepared in a timely fashion

Terrible place! Called at 1:00pm and got told up to 50 minutes and is 4:00pm and my order is not here yet called corporate number and they said it was on its way! Never again I will order pizza. This place should get new staff or get shut down! I shouldn’t get charge anything for waiting 3 hours!

Do not ever order from here! Got the wrong pizza and they tried to make me pay for a second one to get it delivered! Tried to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. This is the worst experience with this chain I’ve ever had. How does this level of mismanagement even happen?

Ordered delivery after a 12 hour business day. Website said 25 minute delivery time. Got the confirmation, said 40-50 minute delivery time. After an hour, contacted them about delivery. They said another 20-30 minutes. They said my pizza was out of the oven, but didn't have a delivery guy, so would be cold by the time we receive. When I asked to talk to a manager, the girl on the phone hung up on me....3 times!!! Manager Alexiana was nice and apologetic, which I appreciate, but too little too late. The girl answering the phone needs to be replaced.....quickly. Wish I could have given 0 stars..... P.S. adding this just for perspective....ordered dominos 2 minutes after cancelling this order and it is on it's way in 15 minutes. Go Dominos! Boo Pizza Hut!

I went to have lunch at the Pizza Hut and after standing at the counter for 20+ mins a employee finally came up being very rude as I ordered a Pizza Hut huffing and puffing about having to take it... half an hour later our pizza finally arrived (mention this is in the location not delivery) she threw the pizza at us.... I went up trying to get a side of marinara and she is yelling and screaming telling us it's gonna be cold marinara (eeewwww) I asked for the corporate number and she gave me a wrong number I tried to call on the number I found online and could not even talk to a person about my experience

I got a good value with a link in my email. Took 14 minutes as expected. The pizza wasn't bad, but could have used more cheese and bacon.
I ordered pizza one night and they brought it to me three hours later and got sick jan 10 2016 and must have left it out will never eat here agian

Awful, just awful. I don't know why, but I was craving pizza hut with pretzel bread crust. Why not? So I order online. Pizza gets here pretty fast. We sit down to eat and we open the box...it isn't even kinda pretzel bread. It is lukewarm pan pizza, soaked in grease, with some pretzel salt on it. I'm not even kidding. We sat, defeated, not wanting to have to call them and complain. We drew straws and I lost. I call them up and they answer after 2 minutes of the annoying hold "music", which is just like a radio commercial for pizza hut. A girl answers and is laughing at something in the background, I tell her there must have been a mistake. She asks for some details and then goes dead silent while looking it up. Awkward. She finally says "hold on a sec" and puts me on hold. I wait another three minutes and she says "I will have that right out to you. Very sorry about that!" So after over half an hour, it gets here. It is at least warm, but isn't pretzel crust. It is slightly more browned pan pizza with salt. We gave up and emailed corporate, hoping they will just give us a refund. We don't plan on ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
