If you are looking for a place to eat while traveling though Cortez, 110% recommend this be your stop for lunch or dinner!! 5/5⭐️ Everything we ordered was top shelf delicious! I had the pub steak crusted with blue cheese and it was perfect! Came with a loaded bake potato, SW corn and side salad and I was over the moon about every bite! Highly recommend the jalapeño poppers, they were to die for! My next time through I will definitely get the popper burger! Whole family left raving about the food! They had the Philly chicken, chicken quesadilla and a bacon cheeseburger. Everything was outstanding the price was right!!! Great service!! Highly recommend!

The barflys can be scary to children. They meander and mumble and talk about inappropriate things loudly. Maybe don't sit kids near the bar. The food is amazing! The server we got was one of the worst. She completely ignored us a few times. We had to get up and ask someone else a few times. She seemed pretty loopy actually. This was my first time at Blondies where I was unhappy though. The chicken wings are perfection!Kid-friendliness: I would be selective with bringing kids and don't sit by the bar.
My teen daughter and I visited while on a road trip. We asked our hotel staff for a local recommendation for dinner. Blondie's was high on the list.The location was great, and the decor is rustic. Our waitress, Tiffany, was warm, friendly, and efficient. The big disappointment was that the clientele was not family friendly. It catered mostly to loud and obnoxious drunks whose vocabulary was limited to vulgar and excessive expletives. This ruined and otherwise exceptional dining experience.

Absolute worst service in Cortez... Overpriced and food is just ok when you finally get it but it'll likely be cold. Waite staff only notice their friends and either ignore other patrons completely or have terrible attitudes when you do finally get their attention and they make it known you are putting them out... Also beware of creepy dudes lurking and saying inappropriate cringe to every female in the bar ... The place isn't filthy but you'll feel that way after your visit. Hope this helps save someone from similar experiences. Other options might be a little pricier but at least you won't feel violated!
