“I work for a local municipality and yesterday we needed catering for about 20 people on the fly. I was super stressed from traveling over the holidays and yesterday was my first day back at work in 7 days. We had a board meeting last night and anyone who knows anything about local government can tell you these are the meetings where decisions are made about what gets done in your community. They are stressful and people are coming from work to these meetings. They are hungry and tired and we have some crucial decisions that need to be made usually. This was particularly true last night. Alicia, the manager at our Subway on Main in Cortez made my life so much easier yesterday by catering for us on such short notice. I could barely put together a thought to even tell her what I wanted but she walked me through everything and it was so nice. I will definitely be reaching out to Alicia in the future for more catering! Thanks feeding us and giving us the brain power to get through our meeting last night! Lots of big decisions were made and we were all a little less "hangry" than usual. You guys rock.“
“Grew up here in Cortez and have to say, this Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. I’ve tried many before in a couple different states but none can compare to this one. The food always comes out tasting great and the staff have always been friendly.What prompted this review was my most recent order. I had ordered a dinner box with the cheese stick upgrade. When I picked it up from their drive up window, my fiancé peaked inside and noticed they had given us breadsticks. I parked and went inside to let them know and David took a look and even reprinted a receipt (the one we had gotten was very faint, couldn’t see anything really) and said he’d start up a batch of cheese sticks for us, and we got to keep the breadsticks as well. He was very nice and didn’t act like I had inconvenienced him for asking for what was originally ordered. (I’ve had some employees at different establishments act like I’m annoying/terrible for even asking!)I truly appreciate the kindness of David with this matter!“
“We were just passing thru on our way home, and They were so nice and accommodating. Hot water cup for baby bottle and Mac sauce for mommys dinner. Didn't haggle me or sigh with annoyance. Thank you. You made things so much easier for me as a traveling mother.“
“My burger was OK, but the best part was eating it at the soda fountain whilst I watched the manager rally his troops when 2 bus loads of limited English speaking foreigners got dropped at the front door... and he handled it like George Washington crossing the Potomac. Kudos to you sir.“
“I stopped by the drive through to grab a sandwich. I got there spicy chicken sandwich. I wish k f c would offer lettuce and tomato. The young girl at the window was very efficient and friendly. My only problem was that they did not include napkins.“
“Out of all 3 subways in cortez this is the ONE! smiling faces ✅Great service✅Fresh eatable food✅They were friendly and the food was good to top it all off the kid that was making our sandwiches (I believe his name is Conner) had all the customers in line laughing and talking with each other you can definitely tell he loves his job and knows how to keep everyone smiling and laughing! “My wife and I are local and I have to say of all the various franchises in town this Sonic is by far the best place to stop and eat. Unlike the other places you will see as you drive through town the food here is fresh and hot, every time. We use the drive thru and the service is great. The staff always seems happy and we get a much appreciated "thank you so much" every single time. Great place guys! Keep up the good work. We will of course continue eating here.“
“Good Beef'n Cheddar and Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches. The Mellow Yellow drink had a hint of flavor but the Coke was good. The Strawberry and Cream Fry Pies...let's just say McDonald's pies are better. Excellent drive through service, quick and the order taker was easily understandable.“
“I can see what everyone is raving about. Just driving thru and was hungry and the place looked so quaint just had to stop. I see why everyone raves about the green chili cheeseburgers and their chocolate malt didn't disappoint either. I can tell the ranch is homemade and as such it was delicious as well.“
