I work for a local municipality and yesterday we needed catering for about 20 people on the fly. I was super stressed from traveling over the holidays and yesterday was my first day back at work in 7 days. We had a board meeting last night and anyone who knows anything about local government can tell you these are the meetings where decisions are made about what gets done in your community. They are stressful and people are coming from work to these meetings. They are hungry and tired and we have some crucial decisions that need to be made usually. This was particularly true last night. Alicia, the manager at our Subway on Main in Cortez made my life so much easier yesterday by catering for us on such short notice. I could barely put together a thought to even tell her what I wanted but she walked me through everything and it was so nice. I will definitely be reaching out to Alicia in the future for more catering! Thanks feeding us and giving us the brain power to get through our meeting last night! Lots of big decisions were made and we were all a little less "hangry" than usual. You guys rock.

Absolutely horrible service. We try to come here for lunch during school, since it’s near the high school, and it’s often packed. The employees make absolutely no effort to speed up the process, leaving us waiting in line for 30 minutes at a time. They are in no rush. They also mess up almost every order, forgetting cheese or adding unnecessary items. When we ask them to fix the sandwiches they make us wait for a ridiculous amount of time and reheat them with cheese, making everything soggy. They won’t give us a refund or new sandwiches. Sandwiches are also exploding and messy. Super disappointing every time.
