Food was just not good. The burgers had no flavor except salt. Chili was extremely salty. Fries were overly salty. I couldn’t finish my food. Probably a good spot if you want drinks and appetizers, but super don’t recommend the burgers at all.

This place was pretty cool. I enjoyed a solid Burger. The atmosphere is really nice and our server was extremely attentive.

Wow! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in with a group of 40, mostly high school students. Nathaniel, Maraam, Megan and Nicole took great care of us. They were attentive, patient and fast! Our food came out in waves and everyone was served in a timely manner. They servers made sure the drinks were filled and any other request was greeted with a smile. Kudos to this staff!!!

Just got off the phone with one of the managers at 5280 Burger Bar asking about a coupon I got at one of the hotels downtown. It says “BUY 1 BURGER GET 1 ON US” and then there’s a QR code on the promotional card directing you to “Place Your To-Go, Pick Up or Delivery Order”. The MOD said “all our coupons are for dine-in only,” yet nowhere on the coupon does it say that. But it does offer you the option to place an order online? I mentioned this to him and all I got was a dry “Yup”. Know what you’re promoting. Improve on your people skills, Manager. Called back to ask for his name and the host didn’t know which one of the three male managers it was. She was sweet and apologetic. He was lame.

After eating my lunch today at 5280, I was assaulted on 16th street. While waiting for police to arrive, I went back to 5280 to get some water. I was still in shock, and my hands were shaking. I had just sat down and was drinking water, not looking at anyone or talking to anyone. The bar tender kicked me out. He claimed I was making people uncomfortable. He told me to leave or he would call security.

Went here two years ago, went again today. Since then the food quality has gone down. Server was nice however the food was missing flavor, the burgers have gotten smaller. Menu was dirty, light fixtures at the booth were dirty. Paying almost $100 for a couple burgers was definitely not worth it. A lot of improvement needed here.

Literally tasted like someone just boiled hamburger meat. Zero seasoning in the burger, not even salt. The bun was stale and the lettuce was soggy and limp. Possibly one of the worst burgers I have ever tried.The fries were lukewarm at best and the onion rings were oddly flavorless. Like someone just dipped onions in raw flavor without adding any seasoning.The menu item that I tried was “The Perfect Burger” ironically. There was also this ‘bacon onion jam’ on the burger which was this discolored grey blob mess that was slopped on the burger which just made this worse.Went in when there was little traffic so there was absolutely no excuse for the food to be this bad.Absolutely no idea how this place is ranked this high. I am now convinced all the positive reviews are just bots.

I ordered the "prime" burger for $20 and what i got was the driest, saddest burger pattie with a rubery, cold piece of american cheese glued to it and a stale bun. Thats it. The most disappointing delivery order i have ever gotten, and was refused a refund.
Amazing sounding burgers but somehow completely bland when they come out, zero seasoning in the meat. Medium (their default) burger served well done. Well done burger also served well done. Really, no point in the server asking how you want it cooked since they all come out as no char grey matter. Onion rings cooked well but also not seasoned, just a plain flour batter lacking even salt. Fries actually seasoned but served limp and barely warm. With how slow the place was (only ~7 tables occupied) and how fast the food came out (inside of 10mins from ordering) one would think they could get temps and seasoning right. The only shining star was the Burger Bar Nachos, but not worth going back again for the single item.

There are great burgers here! There is also a happy hour, I tasted the red wine and it was good. The strawberry salad was so-so, as the strawberries were completely tasteless. The waitress was friendly.
