This place is a joke. My truck had a 0830 delivery appointment. Lumper was paid at 1015 and as of 1230 still waiting on the paperwork. I would not recommend this place at all.

Not bad. Freightsmith app frustrating. You need to download app on phone Check in and pay lumper fee on app. Someone posted map of facility on GM . I got no direction from shipping qnd receiving about what side of building to dock at. A door number is all. South side of building is produce. Took about 3 hours to get checked in and unloaded.

I Delivered to This Location on a Wednesday Morning. The Security Guard was Professional and Polite. The Lady in the Receiving Office was Professional and Very Helpful in Getting Me Checked In. I Would Definitely Come Here Again.

Called to see what the check in procedure was lady that answered was very rude wouldn't let me talk kept over talking me then hung up. Will be filling a complaint when I speak with the manager here.

The Security Guard working there needs to be let go, he was very hostile for no reason (shaking) acting like he was going to fight me even though he seen me before and he acted like he didn't, he told me I need to leave without informing me why. Just because I drove through the gate after someone was leaving and that is what he told me to do last time I was there, what a rude security guard and very unprofessional.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. After waiting three hours to get a call to the door What's tall? I was at the wrong door moved to the door they told me that I had to move to another door. I guess you have to be a psychic to deliver here. Will never come here again

Unload speed isn't bad when you're the first appointment of the day. otherwise you'll be waiting a few hours to be unloaded and another few hours just for the paperwork

Check in via the FreightSmith App. Make sure you have your PO# (which is 6 digits long). Easy Peasy! You'll get a text with your assigned door.When you get a green light, you pull in the "holding area", pay your Lumper (if there is one). They tell you they'll call when your paperwork is ready. If you're lucky, they'll do that... if not, be prepared to walk in there & get it. I wish I could refuse these loads! If you're an O/O, save yourself the aggravation & high Lumper fee.
