Place is disgustingly filthy...I usually get drive thru but decided to stop and have lunch inside. It's less than 30 minutes after they opened and clearly not even the counter had been cleaned from the day before. Every table & chair has food debris ? and around the drink station is so bad my shoes were sticking to the ground

Closed for technical issues when we got there but after waiting for it to open we ordered and were served very quickly. Good food with a higher quality than most other fast food chains’. Bought a mug and had a great night!

The byrger was OK and the Root Beer was almost as good as A&W used to be but they need to stop putting ice in the cup. Remember the good old A&W days? NO ICE, EVER. On the side only. I would go back again but would place my order differently....NO ICE!

EXCEPTIONAL customer service!Me and my buddy stopped in after a fishing trip, and the lady behind the counter was the epitome of friendliness and delightful to order from. I’m not sure her name, but she has short hair and an attitude that is guaranteed to leave you with a smile. 10/10 recommend - the food was yummy! Thank you for a great experience ♥️

Due to the fact my Dad once ran an A&W we stopped for a Root Beer Float.I'm sure the same older man said NO! At first I thought he was kidding, until he said we have no ice cream. For whatever reason we still gave it a chance and ordered food. I wish we hadn't. Afterwards I realized how filthy the kitchen looked. Paid for the food politely left and thru the food away that we paid for.

It was then I realized the parking lot was full of people in their cars waiting... It took 38 minutes to get my food. The manager walked out on the staff and they said it was her second time doing it... really...

Wow. Never been greeted by a ruder cashier (older grumpy man with mole on his face), sorry don't know his name but management needs to talk to him. He was snippy. He would be sassy when asked questions about the menu. And when the food did not come with condiments, silverware, he gave a wrong order, and they forgot our drinks (yes that's right, we walked back up to the counter three times), he was upset with us. Like dude, do you think we enjoy this any more than you? No. So please next time make sure the bag has what we need before being so quick to stop your basic job requirements or just work with us as all of us are in this annoyance together. A good attitude goes a long way. The experience wasn't ruined by the messed up order, but by the way the cashier handed it.

Spent $35 8pc chicken meal it came with 4 biscuits that were hard as rocks the chicken was dried out tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps for a long time we ordered two root beers ,supposedly the root beer is made in house well they need to learn how to make it it taste way off this location needs serious help
