One of my favorite Vietnamese bakeries in the area. It truly is a hole in the wall type of place. It is very small with an equally small, slightly sketchy looking parking lot. The interior is a no frills or deco type of bakery and is all grab and go. They aren't as busy or offer as much items as their competitors, but I wouldn't write them off because of it. In recent years, CO has seen an uptake in banh mi spots opening across the state but Bakers Palace still remains number one in my heart. I have tried other locations but they are just decent compared to bakers palace. It still reigns supreme and sometimes it's better than banh mi locations I've tried in California and Texas.
