Fresh ingredients make Basil Doc's our go to for very tasty pizza and burritos. Food is always ready on time, and the staff is friendly. I will keep going back and recommend trying this place if you haven't.

Awesome woodfired small chain pizza joint with SoCal vibes. The specialty pizzas are fun and scream 'How can we turn this Italian dish/ pasta into a pizza?'The Stromboli/ Calazones and salads are decent as well. The fig sauce is really decadent and unique. A must try if you're giving this place a shot; even just a side for dipping crust.

Can’t believe I’ve lived nearby so long and never gone for breakfast! This place is awesome. I just wish the parking lot was larger and easier to access. You could always move to Mayfair… we’d love it!

I've heard about this place for years. I had some extra time so decided to drop by and try out one of their breakfast burritos. That burrito blew my socks off it was so good. I'm not going to make this place sound like it's the fountain of youth but it is a good place. it is worth going there and trying it

Massively overpriced and, when I picked up my order, the pizzas were cold. Never again.

Basil Doc's Pizza & Bistro in Denver recently had the honor of serving me dinner, and I must say it was a beautiful experience that left my taste senses satisfied and my heart warm. This restaurant, which is tucked away in a charming area of the city, emanates a warm atmosphere with its rustic design and helpful personnel. The extensive menu that seemed to have something for every taste was what first drew my eye. Although pizza is the bistro's specialty, a wide variety of salads, pastas, and sandwiches are also available, making it a great choice for groups with a variety of dietary choices.

Waitress, named Rose tried to scam my 9 year old daughter. I send my daughter to purchase 3 paper cups, not fountain drinks, Rose charged her $16, when if you purchase 3 fountain drinks it costs $14, and again all we wanted is 3 empty paper cups. I went to her and ask for price adjustment, she wouldn’t do it, gave me attitude. I demanded to speak with manager, who wasn’t there, and none of employees knew where he was or when he is coming back. Rose then asked me to move away from the counter, I am assuming she never would have call her boss if I would’ve. Manager also very unpleasant and unprofessional did not want to work with me, after 20 minutes I got my money back and he took those 3 cups and threw it awayPathetic, horrible service, we have season passes and will never go to pizza basil placeTrying to rip off 9 year old, and when her mom is standing up on her behalf I am treated badly, when they made mistake and tried to cheat usUnacceptable!!!!

Basil Doc’s is always my recommendation if you want a delicious breakfast burrito or biscuit sandwich. Their biscuits are made fresh everyday and they pack it with delicious ingredients-everything from bacon, egg and cheese to chorizo and green chili. Definitely want to try the pizza next!

I get biscuits on weekend morning and they are perfect. Their Ppizza and clazone in the evening are fantastic. One of the few places where I can get my favorites, pepperoni and goat cheese.

The people taking and making my breakfast order are always friendly and nice. However, the breakfast could be SO much better if the menu creators put a little effort into it. The hash browns in the burrito are just warmed up (like microwaved?) and very dry shredded potatoes. Beige, dry, shredded, thawed potatoes. If there was some way to crisp them up or make them more flavorful and texturally interesting, it would make a huge difference. Their chili has one flavor; hot. Nothing else. Just spicy heat. The burritos are huge, dry, spicy, and bland. I know, you'd think adding chili would add moisture but the potatoes are so dry it just soaks up the chili and you're eating a burrito where the contents are tumbling out. The biscuits are flat and flaky but tough. Tough, flat, white squares. Not particularly flavorful. You just taste the flour and a little salt. The location is so great and the potential is there but the food is disappointing. Make the chili more flavorful and thicker. Fry up the potatoes with oil and garlic salt until crispy. Ladle twice as much of the new yummy chili over it all. Add shredded cheese, eggs, and roll it up into a smaller tortilla so it's more handheld sized. Make the biscuits fluffier, thicker, and don't overmix the dough. Use buttermilk.
