Stopped here today to check out the wings. I was disappointed that only one sauce could be used for an order. I ended up ordering several sauces on the side and getting a boneless and bone in basket of 18. I tried honey garlic, secret sauce, spicy bbq, and maple crunch. My favorite sauce here was the honey garlic. Each sauce on the side will run you 2.95.Also tried the waffle fries, cheeseling fries, sweet potato fries, and fried dumplings. The waffle fries were good. The dumplings were great with the honey garlic sauce. Really enjoyed the sweet potato fries.

I have had this chicken at another location and the service and food were great but STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. The service unfortunately was the worst I have ever experienced. We waited 20 mins for someone to take our order. And then the waitress kept coming to us asking if we ordered and if so, she kept asking what we had ordered. She also kept setting down food on people’s tables that weren’t there’s, leaving them there, then people would go up and tell her this isn’t our order. She would then just bring that food to another table, very unsanitary. Not entirely her fault, the manager left the store about 20 minutes in and the waitress was all by herself.Our food finally came out after 45 mins of being there and it was the wrong food. Unfortunately we had to walk out and so did two other tables. Very uncomfortable and a very bad experience. Take your business somewhere else.And as a warning if you are trying to order takeout to avoid the bad service, there were several people in line waiting for takeout for a WHILE.

Delicious food and the server was attentive and friendly. They should allow more than one flavor with the 18 pieces. They make you order two nine piece for 7 dollars more. Quite the definition of price gouging.

Me and my girlfriend used to love this place. We’d grab it regularly and have tried most of the wings, and we love the kfood! But, as of late, bb.q has not been good. Just plain and simple, not very good. Multiple times in a row we have ordered something, and gotten entirely different food, or food poisoning. If we’re ever near another bb.q, we’ll probably go, but in my opinion, this one is a no go anymore.

Mediocre chicken. The only great thing was the service, but then rushing customers with usual the tactic of slapping the bill on the table and saying “when you are ready” when 90% of your tables are empty wasn’t a good look. I was about to order dessert but no thanks. If you are a family business acts like one. Even fast food joints don’t rush me and ask for hefty tips. You have laptop sockets for a reason. Be considerate.

Chicken quality has decreased tremendously. I’ve always loved this place but found my appetite completely ruined by the quality of the meat. Meat gave me the heeby jeebies. I got boneless and bit into bone, tendon, and a TON of fat. I kept giving every piece a new chance and couldn’t finish my meal. Bottom of the barrel meat left over from mcdonald’s chicken nuggets for the price of what should be HIGH quality meat.

The staff is very helpful, but the owners apparently are trying to pull one over on anyone who doesn’t know, online and in person the price listed is $17.95 for the nine piece, but if you don’t pay attention to your receipt, they’ll charge you $21.95 instead. Luckily I noticed and the staff was able to help fix the situation but my opinion it seems like the owners are just trying to get away with making a few bucks when they can so I would watch out when you go there and pay attention to your checks. Great chicken tho.

Sat down to eat and seen that they charge crazy prices because it's the weekend smh asked for the check instead of ordering food. Five 12oz cans not even put in cup costed $12.The prices are stupid. Go some where else.
