We couldn't lace our order online to pick after trying and calling the store many times. So the young lady who answered the phone took our order because we were trying to create our own bowl. We were told that you can't do that on a pick, p but it's on the pickup online menu. Needless to say, she did allow us to create our bowl, and it was made for us. There were three bowls, and each bowl was missing some of our vegetables, but overall, the food was good. Just please fix your website. Don't have create your own bowl online if you're not going to allow you to checkout.

If you're in Lexington and want a great experience, go here. James was great. There wasn't a wait. So we were seated, and he promptly stopped and took our order. Jeremy was extremely polite, and the job he did with the food was phenomenal. If you're curious about it. You have to stop by. Will for sure return the next time I'm near Lexington. Great job, guys. Oh by the way, try the Fried Oreos.

This is a great place to get a meal that you get to create. There’s a variety of options to choose from including meats, veggies, spices and sauces. They also have a great bar area that provides a good ambience for watching sports. It’s a great local hangout.

We're out of state from PA and decided to stop here for dinner. Hostess was a Hispanic young woman who was extremely rude. She didn't bother to speak to us (she spoke english fluently and even said, "Hello" in the beginning) and used some gestures to show us to our table.We had our nephew with us and asked for a highchair. The highchair was absolutely disgusting and had food crusts all over it, as well as being very sticky.When I had an issue with an order and looked around for help, I locked eyes with the hostess but she didn't bother coming over to ask if I needed anything. Other servers also saw me looking around, but didn't bother to come over as well. I worked as a waitress myself, so seeing this type of behavior towards customers was extremely disappointing.Our server was kind, and the food was just ok.Would not recommend mainly due to the service and the rudeness of staff and unsanitary restaurant conditions.
