Whoever worked there yesterday Apr 06, 2024 she was so rude. Gave us an attitude. I took my friend coz it was our first time here. My friend was confused how it works but since i had this when I visited Tokyo and I was excited for my friend to try it. Not coming here again. Food is ok. There's no line either but that asian chick that worked in the cashier needs a customer service training.

First off I just want to say their cream puffs are AMAZING! I personally love the churro shell with vanilla filling, but I've tried all their flavors and they're great! I see a lot of reviews about the customer service but recently they went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it.

I mean. It was good but could've been better. Came in at 7 on a Saturday evening. Filling was amazing but the shells were cold. The experience would've been better if the shells weren't cold. Maybe they're suppose to be cold. I would recommend trying but wouldn't go back. Decor is definitely great for socials.

The first time I had the cream puff they were great. Today they were overcooked and dry. Unfortunately, a waste of money.

I saw a reel for Beard Papa's on social media, I was extremely intrigued. I was going to see if I could order online and have it shipped, then was pleasantly surprised when I discovered there was a location in Denver. I found the Denver location and was so excited to go. The location itself has a cute aesthetic, nothing flashy. The one and only employee was putting a pick up order together so I had to wait about 10 minutes. I didn't mind because it gave me more time to preview the menu. I ordered 5 cream puffs so that I could share with friends and get their opinion. My first bite was the Churro cream puff. I was extremely disappointed. I thought there would be a punch of flavor, however the shell was bland as well as the vanilla cream. It just wasn't spectacular. I was expecting an amazing product and instead I got a meh. I tried the remaining cream puffs with friends and the overall consensus was that none of us would be repeat customers.

I don't get there often enough but when I do I get their crem brulee pastry shell filled with vanilla filling. My grandson gets the Oreo shell filled with chocolate, Beard Papas is sooooo good. If you ever get a craving for a delicious cream puff, give this place a try. You pick out the shell you'd like and they fill it for you right there. They have different flavored shelled and fillings. Sorry, I don't know all of them. Two of the fillings I know of are Chocolate and vanilla.

Great desserts as always. No line when me and my sons showed up. Quick service and cashier was very nice with the kids.

Went to this place on a complete whim after going to Meow Wolf. Actually, I was going to the See's Candy next to Beard Papa's but when I saw the sign for this place I had to check it out. Actually, I audible laughed out loud when I read Beard Papa's and cream puff on the same store front. I had no idea what to expect. After I had already gone and had my cream puff I did look this place up and I guess it has sort of a weird cult following. I think it might have started internationally and then came to the states and eventually Denver. I don't know, I won't let that sway my review though. When you go into this location you walk down some stairs which honestly usually means a pretty good time. When this happens at a store or restaurant I usually feel like I'm going into Wayne's basement and about to have a good time. Instead we got down the stairs and found the whole place pretty quiet and empty. I ordered the honey butter puff and the vanilla filling and took it out to my car to eat. It was...fine. It was a cream puff. Super messy and kind of just shattered and oozed everywhere. I don't know if the mess is part of the fun but I wasn't into the sticky mess. Truthfully a nice cream filled eclair or donut is more of my thing but if you are a cream puff head you will love this.

Giving them 3 stars because tips don’t go to the employees.
