I have had this taco truck a few times now and it doesn't disappoint. The first time was at The Big Wonderful and enjoyed some delicious spicy tacos. Today the truck was at my work and I was going to grab some more of those great tacos, but then I found out from Chef Orlando that he actually makes all of his own wing sauces. So of course, I had to try the wings. I got 1lb of wings in his 505 buffalo sauce. It has a nice kick to the flavor with a twist of a typical buffalo sauce. I also like how thick it is. It coats the wings really well. They were served an a boatload of French fries which were really good in the wing sauce too. It was a hearty serving for sure. My co-worker got the nachos and oh man, those were loaded too! We are going back before he closes today to get some of his caramel filled churros because why not? Lol. The only thing is he is a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays. Check out this food truck if you ever can. Good food and Chef Orlando is super nice!

Awesome tacos - meats were very flavorful & juicy. Each taco had lots of meat, so it was good bang for your buck. Wing sauces were phenomenal as well. If you like a little spice and A LOT of flavor I would definitely recommend!!

The mezcal BBQ and peach habanero wings were outstanding (we had to buy the sauce!) - and very meaty. And the cochinita pibil nachos had SO much meat and toppings! Everything was super flavorful, and it was worth every penny. The owner was very friendly, too. Loved our lunch!

The meat tasted like liquid smoke and nothing else, it was disgusting. The barbacoa was nothing but fat. And it gave me pretty bad food poisoning the next day. 10/10 do not eat here if you like food.

Wow! I love the vibes here! These are some of the Best yummy nachos with super fresh cilantro, amazing beans, flavorful cheeses and sauces! And I’m veggie gal, and they even accommodated me for that. Friendly folks with a great handle on flavor and it’s complimented by the beers from Rails End Beer Company. 10/10 would order again ya’all!

Our experience here was horrible, I would never send family or friends to this food truck. We paused in line and when our turn came up we waited for the owner to get off his phone he looked at us and literally yelled at my hearing-impaired fiancé “are you ready? I have orders ahead of yours!”We told him what he said to her was rude and his response was, “my wife says I’m rude, too, but I don’t care.”I understand getting a grouchy vendor every now and then, but this guy is really off putting. Not to mention, the food is TERRIBLE.Seriously, give your business to any other food truck.
Great people, great service, and the barbacoa is beyond fantastic. I've had it multiple times and it is always very delicious. If you love barbacoa you need to have theirs.
