The beer was good. A bit more expensive for beer than I care to pay, but it was a good albeit expensive beer. The pizza on the other hand wasn’t anything special. The plain cheese was 4.50/slice and was mediocre.The staff was friendly, but at times was forgotten.

The meat lovers pizza is super salty and I’m usually a person who puts extra salt on my stuff but man my face was puckering! Although their Brussels sprouts were so delicious that my grandfather who usually despises them- enjoyed them! (We took video proof for generations to come.) i wish the waiters were just a bit more attentive too. Solid drinks.

Just booked an event here and everything was great... beer, appetizers, pizza, and dessert. The process were quite reasonable too.
The perfect stop out of the airport on the way to the mountains, the pistachio lavender beer is fantastic! Pizzas are truly amazing, real wood-fired flavor and great topping combos- we got the war pig with pepperoni, bacon, sun dried tomatoes, and a drizzle of maple bourbon. My 2 year old loved all the games and crayons, the weather was nice so we went back in the beer garden and let her play it was so idyllic after being on planes/airport/car. Our new go-to stop!

Fresh under a one week since moving to Denver and landing in the RiNo neighborhood. I pulled BSB up via maps and decided to take my family to our first meal in Denver.The pizza was fantastic, the interior vibe was stellar, and the beers I had were great. BSB has a rotating list of events and community nods, which is nice.I'm happy to have such a solid spot within walking distance with excellent food and passionate owners who care.RIP to my waistline.

Black Shirt Brewing team! Thanks for a great atmosphere and even better pizza over the holidays. I spent the evening catching up with one of my best friends and BSB was the perfect spot to spend a couple of hours together enjoying a couple of slices with a couple of cocktails (more than just a pint place!!!). Jimmy Dodson and BSB team we will see you again in 2024!
