Placed an order online and had them cancel it without saying anything to me about it after I waited the 45 minutes for it, when I called to ask about my order I was told my order had been put in the oven but cancelled for a good reason they didn’t have a driver at the time I put my order in but they didn’t call or text me to tell me it was cancelled and apparently they didn’t tell the driver either because he showed up and said I own the full amount when I didn’t even know it was going to be delivered, I feel like I should have gotten a actual discount besides 8$ off and a coupon given to everyone.

Beware of their delivery driver. He drives a green Chevy Metro. I was driving down 6th Ave, and this driver changed lanes in front of me almost taking off my front bumper. Then he had the nerve to flip me off. Two blocks up he shoots across 2 lanes of traffic to make a left. I called the number on the big Black Jack Pizza sign on the top of his vehicle, and spoke to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do about it, and that the owner would not do anything about it. They want to put a driver out on the road with everybody else and not worry about your safety. Just beware of this driver. He has no concern about anyone but himself, and it seems the store he works for feels the same.

This place has gone downhill which is a bummer since it used to be a go-to for pizza night. Received a sad salad, mostly cheese for $9. The dressing was ON TOP of the pizza...embedded in the dough, how gross. Ordered a large pan pizza and it was not much bigger than the small. I was emailed a "Review your visit" survey, took it, got an email from the manager offering $50 in my account for this sad visit but never received that credit. The excuse for the sad food was "we are very shorthanded" okay, sure, but then maybe everyone slows down and doesn't put out shit food? I am willing to wait a little longer for even marginally better quality. Get your shit together, blackjack.

Ordered a single pizza within 7 minutes of the store opening. 2 hours later I got the pizza delivered with the excuse that there were a lot of orders. How many orders can happen in 7 minutes that would cause the delivery to be over 2 hours later when quoted delivery time is 45 minutes?? Terrible experience.
