I have been ordering Black Jack for decades... The location on 2020 S Parker Rd is under new ownership for the last year or so. The Pizza and salads are the BEST they've EVER been! Prompt Delivery as well!!! Try it! You won't regret it! GOOD STUFF, FINALLY! The Mediterranean Salad is GREAT!

Ordered from the wrong Parker road location due to the mobile site not being too user friendly. Ultimately my fault, but I contacted them in an effort to cancel but it was too late and they would not refund me. I've worked in the pizza industry for many years a while ago and was surprised to hear this, but it is my fault and so I accepted it as I told the sales person that I'm too far from that location to pick it up. After he said "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" I ended the call and that was that.A couple of minutes later he calls me back, so I immediately think that maybe I am going to luck out and get a store credit or something, but am surprised to hear him say they'll deliver it to me. I again tell him I live far away, but he says to give him my address anyways. I do, and after some time he tells me my home is too far away to deliver to. I say "ok" and end the call now far more frustrated.I know this whole situation is ultimately on me, but the poor website UI, unwillingness to assist me really in any way, and then getting my hopes up with the follow up call just really surprised me. A pizza refund costs very little to maintain a customer, but after years of going here I doubt I will again for at least a long long time.

I absolutely love that this location has options for halal pizza. This is the only place I know of in town that caters to Muslims and has halal pizza to order. On top of that, it’s very good pizza. Many thanks to the owners for catering to the Muslim population in this area, they have made us very happy now that we have found this is an option. Their cheese is free of animal rennet per the blackjack pizza website.The halal meat options do cost more, and don’t qualify for the online deals, and you cannot place the order through the website. But just give them a call and they are happy to help you set things up.Dietary restrictions: They have halal pepperoni, beef, and chicken, and have a clean cut option if you ask for it. Several Muslims work there, and many Muslims get food from here.

I’ve had it with this place. When they deliver you the correct items, the food is fine. But for the third time in a row they’ve forgotten the sauces to go with our cheese bread and for the third time in a row they’ve opted not to fix it. I pay for this food and tip well for it to be delivered bc I don’t have a car. When they forgot the sauce yet again tonight (shouldn’t it be second nature to add dipping sauces to a box of cheesy bread? I’d think so) I called and was pretty much told “too bad”; they’ll give me 20% off my next order though! Guess what- there won’t be a next order. We live less than a mile away and wish this place was reliable but they’re not and they never fix their wrongs. Never again.
Ordered a deep dish supreme.. found a broken sauce bottle cap in my pizza . Called an complained. Manager sent me a photo of broken bottle ... saying sorry. We will get you taken care of . Call a few days later ..50% off pizza .. not only did you make me a pizza I can't eat but the order was 50$ an yall wanna just give 50% off when you baked plastic in my pizza . Never will I eat here again ...I posted pics. An they said they don't send out 50% off coupons ..that's a straight lie .I want my money back .
Wouldnt suggest this location. Numerous issues that could have been avoided or resolved. I have ordered here 3 times, being as I love Blackjack Pizza, but THIS particular location can't seem to get it together. First, the website SUUUCKS. Can't place an order, so im forced to call in. They have messed up my order previously (not a huge deal, forgivable, it happens)This time however, after having to call AGAIN, they took my order, gave me a 30-45min window for delivery. 40min later, I call in, they tell me 5 more min, and 15min later im on the phone again. Apparently they were short staffed, thus causing my delivery delay. Mind you, this is a Thurs around 2pm (not really pizza rush hour) Now, I am pissed.If you are running a business that is short staffed, SIMPLY SAY SO!! Had they given me a 45-60min window, I would have been FINE with that, or simply come down to pick it up myself.The pizza showed up, as I am on the phone with them, surprise surprise, its cold! Their solution was 15% off this order, but that barely covers their $4 delivery fee on a $25 order. And how is that acceptable for COLD pizza delivery?! I would have waited another 10-15min for a hot pizza if the delay was delivery staffing. I refused the order and asked for a full refund, which they supposedly have issued.Management and staff need to get this together, I will gladly order from a different location with proper care and respect for customers time and food quality.

Every since the new ownership has taken over it has been constantly mistake after mistake they've messed up on a few of my orders and I never complained but now I'm pissed I just ordered 3 days ago which they messed up again and they told me that they would compensate me and today when I call they acted as if they never told me that and that they only wanted to give me a percentage off!!!! And I tipped the driver!!! The quality of food is good but the customer service SUCKS?

Great Pizza and wings at affordable price. The pizza tasted fresh and when you add fresh ranch that they have available it takes it to another level. Anytime I am in the area this will be the place to stop by for lunch or dinner.
