Once they told me how much they charged for delivery I heard enough and the flyer found its place in the trash. Good pricing and great pizza what more could you ask for? If you are dairy free make sure to ask for pan sauce on your pizza as the sauce has Parmesan in it by default.

For starters the delivery person left my pizza at someone else's door. In this day and age are you kidding me? Person assisting me on the phone was speaking to the driver and the driver says "Oh yeah I left that at unit 120", the order had 122 on it. I cannot wrap my brain around that. Then, I guess this was the manager I was talking to asks me if I would like him to make another pizza for me, again, are you kidding me? You should tell me " Sir I'm making you a fresh pizza and will have it correctly delivered to you ASAP! So, I tip more than 20% and spend $35.00 on a pizza and I'm left feeling like I've done something wrong. Second pizza was sub par at best. Getting real tired of businesses that do not appreciate my money1

This is officially my go to Pizza joint. Moved to Lakewood recently, saw this place was nearby and thought I'd try it out. I've tried several different pizzas here, all were good and very reasonably priced. Think little Caesars, just better.I placed an order online recently and they mistakenly gave away part of my order before I came in to pick it up. The gentleman at the counter was very apologetic, he threw another item in the oven ASAP and comped me part of my order. Really wasn't expecting that, I doubt you'd ever get that good of customer service at LC.You can get comparable pizza to Jets at this place (try the square pan pizza, aka Detroit style) for a fraction of the cost. Not too long ago I recall spending over $50 for a single pizza from jets. Ordered the same thing here and it tasted just as good, and cost me about $20.If you're in the neighborhood and you like pizza, give this place a try. IMO, this place beats out any other pizza chain around hands down.

I have been going to this location since I was a kid, tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered the same thing over and over, know several of the staff, Several of the individuals who were working at the location this evening were rude and quite inconvenienced. When I told them, they made my order wrong. It was wrong because their website won’t allow you to do delivery and forces you to call in. If it was my error, I would own it, but because I have an allergy, and have to deal with a human. I repeat my order a couple times in order for them to make sure they And have them repeat it back to me. First time I received it, completely covered in the topping that I’m allergic to. Second time I receive it none of the toppings were even on the pizza, it looked like it was completely held sideways and had some of the things that are Originally not to be on there, that weren’t on the first pizza. Beware of the evening staff especially if you have an allergy, I rarely ordered during this time, it’s always screw it up, but never this bad. They were too inconvenienced, I’d rather Share my thoughts here, then deal with them again
