Very slow service, make sure you have plenty of time. I went in at 1:58pm - ordered 6 pcs wing meal that included Cole slaw, and water that I got for myself. It was 2:21pm By the time I got my food. Wings were just okay.

I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but it has to be one of the worst managed "fast food" restaurants I have ever been to. First of all, the price for a meal addition is high at $5. Small drink and small mac & cheese couldn't cost more than a buck to serve. The food was mediocre. But the service was unbelievably horrible. They gave me someone else's order, which I caught before I left the restaurant. Then they didn't have any ice... serving sodas, but no ice? I asked for my money back on the meals and they did refund that part. Then, waiting for my order, I watched another customer be totally frustrated because they couldn't find her order, and then they couldn't get it right. To correct it, the cook suggested that they use part of my order (which was sitting there waiting to be packed up) for hers. Thankfully, the woman working the counter talked him out of it. She was the only good thing about my experience... she was pleasant and kept her cool under difficult circumstances. Someone needs to fire the manager and give that woman a raise!! The one star for service is for the manager!!

Food was good, but we tipped the employees on the tablet, and then we asked if they get their tips and they pointed to a cup where they get cash tips but they pretty much told us they don’t know who gets the tablet tips. I just don’t know if I could support a place that steals its employees tips, or if they don’t get them, don’t ask on the tablet.

Picked here because of the reviews but they did not match our opinion. The size of the wings were really pathetic, so if you do come here make sure to order a size larger than you think because “10 wings” is like 3 real bites worth.The buffalo sauce was regular buffalo sauce, but they drowned it. In the photo you can see the pool worth of sauce to lack of wing ratio. The dry seasoning was good flavor too but probably should do less than how much it was tossed in because it was overwhelming on the seasoning.Other items looked good to me but I’m too disappointed in what I got to care about coming back.
