I didn't see it mentioned anywhere until I got the receipt, but it is mentioned at the very bottom of the payment page.I dislike sneaky fee's, I'd rather Blue Pan just slightly raise their priaces or make it much more clear that they are going to add this fee when ordering online instead of design their ordering website so it's very easy to miss.

Pizza was out of this world! We had the tavern style Boone's meaty pizza and created one with mushrooms, pepperoni, green olives and spinach, delicious! The atmosphere was lively, modern and fun. Super busy, a wait to get in, and the service was still excellent. We also shared the antipasto salad, it was full of meats and toppings, so good and plenty to share. Can't wait to go back and try the Detroit style, it looked amazing.
