The service and price at Lou’s are excellent. Unfortunately the food was not. As a Nashville hot chicken lover, I was sorely disappointed. I had the Lou’s sandwich as well as an order of tenders because I always get both when I try new places. While the chicken was tender and juicy, the spice was far from Nashville style. I got the hottest level and the heat was decent but unfortunately there was hardly any flavor. It really was just coated in a hot oil. I missed the paprika, garlic powder, lemon pepper, even salt that I normally associate with Nashville hot chicken. There was no coloration to the chicken or the oil indicating that it was spiced. The best flavor on the sandwich was the pickles. Since it comes with no sauce, it really missed. I hope they can rework this as I live nearby and enjoyed the staff and dining experience.

The chicken here is great! Very thick and delicious. I got one on the spicier side and I love it. You can choose how spicy you want it.

We stumbled upon this spot after thinking we'd never find fried chicken in Denver..... the food was excellent and the staff and service was superb.

Be aware:They automatically charge you 20% then ask you for more of a tip! I accidently gave like $12 tip on a $25 meal!Otherwise the food was good, it tasted like a better KFC.

Their tenders are great. I'm not a big fan of overly spicy food, but even their hot sauce is terrific. Their staff is always friendly and quick. Prices are great and love that it's a local spot to get some excellent fried chicken.

I had the Lou, medium, and a side of fried okra. Both delicious. Had to eat it in the car because of mandated no indoor dining. They are so nice and grateful for the business. I did not order ahead, but you can on their website, which is easy to navigate. I will go back soon and hopefully get that party for two, it's a good value even if it's only on the weekend (and Monday).

Mann i not sure how this spot doesn't have 5stars it was phenomenal! The food was some gosh darn good. I'm not even that big of a fan of fried chicken, but whatever they doing over there was phenomenal! I loved the medium Chicken tenders (6) with waffle fries and a side of macaroni and cheese. the tenders I got was big and juicy. They definitely got a repeat customer in me. Great job guys!

I am a HUGE fan of all of the Bonnano restaurants for over a decade. The food is always amazing and the depth of the flavors in the broth in the Lobster Ramen at Bones are delicious! But I had to give Bones a low 3 stars to TRY to draw attention to the drafty, SINGLE pane windows from 1922 in this tiny joint!

Thanks for making my birthday dinner worthwhile. I made a reservation for 730 showed up at 725 and waited till 750. Mind you the point of her reservation is to show up and have a place to sit when you arrive. After waiting 20 minutes I decided to call bones which is right up the street and was able to get a table was in the time it took for me to get in my car and drive there and sit at the chef‘s table. BTW kudos to the chef at bones. My food was perfect.
