2 days in a row and the business is not open either day. No signs in the window about this. That's on May 16th and 17th 2022.

Literally never open during their posted hours. Needs new management

Easily the saddest Bruegger’s Bagel/ bagel shop in general I have ever been to. The only reason why this place is open is still open because there is no other bagel shop downtown. That being said, the amount of missed opportunity with this shop is the prime example of having employees and a manager that don’t care. The store is dirty, the bagels are not fresh, and they are missing just about everything except cream cheese and a small variety of bagels. Imagine having the only bagel shop in a big busy city and not even trying to run it properly. There is no way this store will be open in 6 months.

So I'm rating this place for one reason and I'm a little sad because I didn't get the employee's name. But because of this great service I rate this place pretty high.I came on the am to a long line. After about a few minutes I realized that there was only one person behind the counter working the entire line. I mean taking the orders, making, and ringing them up with smoothies included, individually I may add. And did it all with a smile and even apologized for our inconvenience.Truly believe that he saved that store that day. And my smoked salmon bagel was great.

I enjoy the spaagle shop and appreciate how the aesthetic maintains the charm and history of the building in which it resides. The location on the corner of 17th St. and Stout Street is one of Denvers historic buildings that was built in the early 1900s. The location originally served as a bank with offices upstairs and was converted into apartments with retail space on the first floor. Within the bagel shop, the floors and architecture preserve the origins of one downtown Denver emerged as a precursor to the no vibrant city. The bagels are good and I suggest the asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese.

Approximately 7 out of 10 times my coworker stops here on a Thursday morning to get bagels for our office, they are unable to serve because of a "large catering order." I am not even exaggerating. This is around 7-7:30'ish in the morning. If you are unable to handle both catering orders and walk-ins, you cannot successfully run a bagel shop. Get it together.

Not as nice or fancy As some of the other ones we have been to in Colorado. Place was in need of a uplift makeover. And kind of not so clean. The bagel was delicious the coffee was hot service was good. Just stopping here on a quick fast weekend trip.

Been here twice. First time was ok, service was mediocre and food was fine. Second time they were closed at 12:30pm on a Wednesday. No hours posted on the entrance doors. Such a disappointment as I love Brueggers bagels.

This place SLAPS. Im visiting Denver and we don't have a Bruegger's back at home. Both times i came here for a quick breakfast the sandwiches were home runs. 4 stars only because they don't have a larger coffee selection like some of the other shops in the area. If you stop in, get either the smoked brisket sandwich or the farmhouse. Both excellent choices.

I don't remember seeing charcoal bagels on the menu. Nor do I recall ordering one. The hash brown was made with hate. The guy behind the counter was clearly not having a great day as he was arguing with his coworker. But I didn't think he'd take it out on his customers.

It would be great if they were actually open during business hours. Sign and website say that the store opens at 5:30 on weekdays. It's 7:00, and the doors are locked. This is true every time I come here before 8:00. Really frustrating when I'm trying to grab breakfast before work. When they are open, the bagels are good at least.
