The girls in here are very rude and mannerless. They are spoiling someone’s business because it’s not there, therefore they act rude on everything. You ask them questions about what they are selling, they answered in a disrespectful manner that will make you just walk away. If you girls use your stupid attitudes to destroy somebody’s business, you will never get another job elsewhere, you will be rejected where else you go to look for job, and hunger will demolish you all since you’re mannerless and senseless. No respect for customers, no sense of humor. Stupid girls! And they also don’t know how to make the food, horrible food. Yet, they are still rude and are arrogant.

I ate here a couple of tines and it's disgusting and the staff is absolutely horrible. I feel like I might catch something everytime I've been in there

I used to really love coming to this bagel place restaurant! I never had a negative experience until the last past year, the quality of service has just really gone downhill.I noticed lately too that the Google review rating for this restaurant has gone down too 3.5 stars. This is pretty disappointing as I come to this restaurant at least six times a month for the past 7 years.Lately I’ve been taking my business elsewhere because it feels dreadful going in there and having to deal with some of the morning employees. They are completely rude especially the little short chubby Latina girl, with her bangs in her face. she looks about in her early 20s. She just treats everyone that goes in there with a nasty attitude.I have had a few encounters with her and every time I ask to speak with the manager, he is never there or anytime I ask for the managers contact information they refuse to give it to me.I hope the quality of service gets better here soon because I used to really love and enjoy this restaurant. I really hate giving my business to companies like Einstein bagel, but it seems like their employees treat their customers better over there these days!

My husband and I are hooked on their breakfast sandwiches! I always order the Western and can’t get enough. The staff is super friendly and I’m thankful for the early hours and convenient location.

For years I raved about Brueggers bagels— they were consistently the best I could find in South Denver. But recently something has happened to a few of my favorite bagel flavors for me to wonder what’s changed with their bakery.Several varieties, including pumpernickel and multigrain, are received as flat, craggy and misshapen pucks, instead of well-risen bagels. They are lacking the traditional shiny crust and crumb and are hard to slice. This was not a one-time issue, but affected several dozens we have purchased over the past 6 months to a year. Some of the bagel flavors, such as sesame, are still ok, but I’ve lost my craving for now.As for the shop, the servers are kind and efficient, and you always get a baker’s dozen so they are generous too! I’ll return in a few months to see if this delightful bagel bakery can fix their pumpernickel problem— they were always my goto bagel choice and I miss them greatly!

Really good bagel sandwich, far better than Einstein bros, great service, but atmosphere feels like it does at any generic fast serve chain restaurant and could stand to have a remodel and improved layout+decor so that things ebb and flows but more easily.

This is the best bagel place in Colorado! I would normally get my order delivered, but one day it was too close to closing time for me to get delivery. I hobbled (I'm disabled and walking fast is hard??) my way to my car and drove over there. I barely made it but it was still 2 or 3 minutes left. The customer service is impeccable and they were very respectful and nice to me. This kind of service is hard to come by anymore and I thank them for helping me at the last minute before closing! Also I like that their bagels are made with natural ingredients and not the stuff America is starting to poison us with, but that's another story ???

Well, I guess they made their bagel smaller and thinner. I’m never coming back.

Bagels are delicious and you wont break the wallet getting a sandwich. Service is okay. I have been to this location enough that they don’t ask any names for order or get to know regulars. Would recommend they start writing down orders with a name. It start to become obnoxious when you have to repeat your order 4 times to the employees.

I just ordered an everything bagel, sliced and toasted to go. (I did not order a bacon-flavored bagel, with the free grease.) The employee cut my bagel and put in in the toaster. After this, while wearing the same gloves, he picked up two handfuls of bacon out of its plastic container and moved the bacon to heat it. After this, without changing his gloves, he grabbed my toasted bagel and wrapped it in paper and handed it to me. I asked if the bacon he had just touched was uncooked, which could be a problem. He said it comes cooked. I noticed my brown paper bag had grease all over it (have pictures) and I came home to not really enjoy a bagel that smelled and tasted of bacon. What if I was allergic to bacon or did not eat pork? I did not want to make a scene, but this is not good food practices. I live in the area, but this is not acceptable.
