My bourbon salmon and broccoli were good. The steamed rice was undercooked (crunchy). It was reported to the kitchen by our waitress at least 15 mins before I ordered it and the kitchen was still serving undercooked rice. Our waitress brought me mashed potatoes, which were good. My husband's "Mama's Fried Chicken" was okay, although I was impressed that the corn on the cob was not frozen. This was our second time to eat here, overall, the food is mediocre and this restaurant is terribly understaffed and service is slow even though there are not many patrons.

We ate at Bubba Gump near the front gate to Disneyland in May, 2014, and again in April, 2024. The food was delicious and the service was great.
Food was below average our server Justin didnt look that busy and took a while to attend us also had a attitude felt like towards us

First off it’s a SEAFOOD restaurant, so coming here I would order seafood! The atmosphere was very resemblance of the movie. My bf and I shared the shrimp haven basket, we’ve eaten a lot of shrimp baskets and that was one of the best we’ve had. If you are looking for a great seafood spot this is the place. For being a chain restaurant it does give vibes of a one off spot. Definitely will revisit if we come back to Denver again. Ps if you’re over 21 go to the bar upstairs.

Staff morale seemed incredibly low. Everyone except AJ treated me and other diners that I observed like we were an inconvenience. As I was leaving and wanting to purchase some shirts and stickers from their gift shop, one employee treated me like he was happy to be of service & that was AJ. He should be promoted and modeled.

We were sat and waited for a one hour and a half and never received our food. We got two ice teas while we were waiting and when we told the server we were going to leave and we were going to another restaurant, we were still charged for the ice teas.

Restaurant was nice & clean. That’s the ONLY thing good I can say about my experience. Had to wait 1 hour to be seated (that wasn’t their fault) but after being seated is where it went downhill quickly. Wife got a 19.00 Salad with grilled chicken (couldn’t find the chicken there was so little of it…maybe 3 minuscule pieces with one slice of strawberry…all else just greens…again $19). I got a Shrimp Po Boy ($19.99) and the bread was toasted beyond belief. It was as hard as a piece of cement. When I attempted to close the sandwich the bread broke into many pieces. Tried to squeeze the bread and it disintegrated into powder in my hand. Waiter didn’t come back after first checking right after food touched the table. No refill of my drink (Coke at $3.75 too). I spent $45 for the worst meal that I can remember from a restaurant. Sonic serves better food. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
