Servers walk away when you’re ordering, asking why they got sat in their section in front of us, then proceeded to have an attitude. Tried telling us we couldn’t use our points in house and it all had to be carry out only. Place went wayyyyy down hill with service. Used to go nearly every week because our kids loved it, now we’re finding a new family spot. Food came out all over the place nothing was consistent.

The wings were good, but not cooked enough for me. (Well well done) But had an amazing server. Christina was on top of our drinks and kept our space clean. She had amazing customer service toward me and my wife, as well as making my daughter laugh. All in all good service.

Every time I'm here... your foh staff is let down by the kitchen. 6 wings came out lukewarm after maybe 30? minutes of waiting. If you're gonna make us wait at least deliver hot food. Your 2oz ramiken was half full of blue and when you all brought the re-cook out the veggies were gone and it was ranch instead of blue. The guests down the bar were missing fries and wings in their order.The food here always takes too long. And really its inexcusable I've heard were short staffed I've heard the expo missed it... but your guests don't care why we just want hot food in a reasonable amount of time.What is your foh staff supposed to do other than ring in the food on time, be accurate and be pleasant.Hire a new kitchen manager, hire new boh employees, hire a new gm. Idk but the expectations are always low and your kitchen always seems to fall short of the already low expectations.You're probably asking why do I come back? If this place wasn't within walking distance and there was another sports bar in the area i promise you I wouldn't come back.Steady disappointing. Shout out to the foh doing their best when the odds are against them.

The wings were delicious...I like the fact that the lemon pepper flavor wings were seasoned well. But I must say that the chicken nachos were also one of my favorites. The nachos had a delicious cheese sauce, not so hot tasty peppers and the amount of shredded chicken was perfect.

The whole take out experience was horrible. Furst off I waited an additional 20 min then was I was told it would take. Took my food home, only 8 min away. Got home food was not hot, the wings were jerky. I feel I got left overs from lunch. The rings and fried pickles were soggy not crispy. Had a thread from staff clothing in my wings. This was b.s. for the amount of money I paid for dinner! I will never go back!
