While I haven't fully explored Butcher Block Cafe's extravagant menu, this is my go-to place for fast, quick, and absolutely delicious omelets! "The Super A" is my favorite, but I've also greatly enjoyed the "Spanish" and "Denver" options, as well. Combine this with a friendly wait staff and what you're left with is one of the top options for breakfast around. Highly recommend!

Took my friend and her kids to lunch here when I was visiting from out of town. Fast service, great food and our waitress was incredibly friendly and kind! Highly recommend. If you have kids, it's a great stop before or after a tour at the Hammond's Candy Factory.
Coldest weekend of the year, was craving a chicken fried steak. It was a long weekend on MLK day, so I went to try Butcher Block since they were open.It was pretty empty when I went in, I think I was in and out in less than 30 minutes - which was perfect since I was going for a quick bite solo.Restaurant was cozy. Waitress was very welcoming and attentive. Chicken fried steak hit the spot, well seasoned, not too salty. Definitely will be back next time I am craving some diner food done right.
