We found another restaurant with a very solid and unique menuDefinitely get the specials. The snapper ceviche special was actually one of the mildest I’ve ever had because of the coconut milk infused into the lime juice. The snapper was perfectly succulent. Get the grilled manchego, which encompasses the best comforting parts of a grilled cheese. This place definitely knows how to cook its Tiger prawns. We got the salad with crab lumps and tiger prawns. It’s simple but also quite delicious? There’s no dressing but the seafood was the dressing. It was weirdly fulfilling. We loved the salmon special. The fish was perfectly cooked but the spice rub/crust? combined with the very light spinach cream emulsion made for a very delicious bite.I’m so glad Denver has a place like this. The price point is a tad high but for a menu full of seafood in a land locked state, I kinda get it? Plus the food isn’t strictly Brazilian but… pan-South American fusion? But yeah we shall be back to try some more daily specials!

Dinner at this place was wonderful. I had the week special 4 course meal with salmon as the main dish. It was delicious, but I didn’t leave feeling full. Servers were great and checked in often.

Food was good but not the traditional Brazilian meal I was looking for. Was really looking forward to the moqueca. While enjoyable, it wasn’t anything like the moqueca you’ll get in Brazil.

This is the best food I’ve had in a bit! I liked the vibe inside since the tables are pretty spaced out. The wait staff works as a team and had great service! The food is Latino based and some of the flavors were totally unique that I have never experienced. The steak we had was cooked perfectly with a delicious chimichurri on top. The shrimp and scallop dish was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The rice was cooked with coconut milk which added so much deliciousness to the dish. I highly recommend this for a nice date night!

The food was fine, but almost all of it was spicy. I ordered a slow roasted Brisket shredded with some vegetables, almost like a pot roast, nothing was said to be hot, yet the broth was insanely spicy, so I had to swap for the curry which despite having a hot curry coconut milk was very pleasant. Overall okay, service was fast and food was filling.

I had never experienced Brazilian food prior to this dinner and holy sh*t have I been missing out! Cafe Brazil is a hidden gem. The location is cozy, yet absolutely vibrant. Each staff member approached us various times throughout the night, so kind and helpful! The drink options are pretty extensive. My friends ordered the cocktail of the week, they were both very impressed. Appetizers - we had sweet potato shrimp croquets, these were seasonal and so flavorful. we also had the grilled manchego. How could anyone not love a plate of grilled cheese? Spectacular. Dinner - La Juliana - sweet and spicy pork, rice, collared greens, prawns, plantains. Holy sh*t this was unreal and the perfect plate to try a bit of everything. Highly recommend. My friends ordered the matthambre & the nightly special which was beef on top of wild mushroom ceviche. Everyone was happy. Please go eat here! You will not be disappointed.
