Stopped in shortly after arriving into the city because this place was well-rated and conveniently located. Certainly didn't feel the warmest welcome as we walked in & got settled (it took the servers way too long to acknowledge us or take our order), however our server did seem friendly once they finally did come around. I ordered the Rocketman (chicken sandwich) with Muenster cheese and regular Wu-Tang tots (I wish I asked why they were called that lol). The sandwich was good but kinda of plain and I did enjoy the flavorful tots. My bf ordered the Skinny Jeans Pollo- he gives it a 4/5. We didn't try the CBD-infused drinks, but I'm interested in trying the donuts if we stop by again.

What a cool find while driving through downtown Denver. Definitely Check this place out! Great atmosphere, tunes and food. I could have sat in my comfy bar top booth with comfy pillows and watched the snow allllll day. ?

Great atmosphere, good music. Menu has changed so there's more options of different burgers which are very tasty. They have added crispy brussel sprouts with honey and spices which I loved.

Two visits both not great experiences. Not a great waitstaff and my order was wrong. Felt I was inconveniencing them so I didn't even ask for order correction.

Super fun brunch spot!! Self seating. Came in Saturday morning at 11:45am and it wasn't busy at all. Plenty of seating. Took us a while to order because we were starving and talking too much. They didn't have waffles cause the waffle iron was broken but we wanted the chicken so we added it to our meals still. Worth it! The server was more than patient with us and was totally pleasant. My friend completely made up a meal and he wrote it down and made it happen for her. The food was hot and pretty good. Was very enjoyable. Inside vibe was cool but needs music or something. The mimosas were a good price too even though they didn't have bottomless. It was great. Give it a try.

Cannot say enough times how perfect Carbon is for breakfast/coffee. Great open ambiance (decor, music bringing good vibes off the bat), and friendly staff for starters. The coffee is delicious with robust flavors (if I lived in Denver this would be my coffee spot daily), and a solid menu full of good tasty takes on breakfast (the bowl was my favorite). Add on top DELICIOUS donuts (like other worldly good), particularly the caramel/coconut/dark chocolate drizzle donut. Add on top of this completely reasonable prices and the fact it's not overly crowded makes this a total hidden gem. If you're in the area and hungry for breakfast/brunch or just a coffee, drop into Carbon!!

try the waffle of the day! It was absolute greatness! Carbon is a bit on the pricey side but TOTALLY worth it!

Becca was a great and friendly bartender! Just what you're looking for when you go to a local restaurant or bar. BTW the margs and lemon drops are fire, as is the happy hour!!!! Great environment :)

Didn’t know orange juice was served with ice. Called and spoke to someone about it. The server never came back to check with us, so we left when we received the rest of our order.Oh and I get home thinking I have the correct burrito. I ordered the Chorizo… this one is tofu.

I come here every Friday and sit at the bar to get some work done for a change of scenery from my work from home situation. I absolutely love it here - the coffee, donuts (which can be alcohol infused), and breakfast burritos are AMAZING! Everyone who works here is incredibly attentive, and I especially appreciate Becca, the bartender who always keeps it real. Overall, great ambience, and remote worker friendly atmosphere.

Just happen to stop in for a minute, couldn't refuse to try a pickle/pepperoncini shot and they were quite tasty! Stayed a bit and had a great time with the bar staff with Becca and Lucas! Will definitely stop by again! :)

Hipster vibe, cozy and good for work, a date, a snack, coffee, a happy hour. I love this spot can’t wait to go back. Love the environment! Also, kind staff

Extremely rude cashier/barista. Hasn't been the first run in with her, but this AM was the final straw. She acted very inconvenienced by having to take the order and rolled her eyes once I put my credit card in. When she was finished, she very rudely yelled at me asking if it was to go. She straight up has a bad attitude problem. If she doesn't like making coffee for a living, she can quit and direct her negative vibes elsewhere. I work right next door and have been coming here pretty frequently over the course of the past year. There seems to be high turnover and new baristas often. Will not be back.

Such a cute place!! We sat at an inside/outside table on a beautiful day for brunch. Our server was great! Drinks were great! Food was good! I'd definitely go back again. Absolute MUST is the bear claw donut (only on Sundays I think)!! The tots are also a necessity!

We came in here because it was close to where we were staying in downtown Denver. We sat at the bar and we were immediately greeted. They had happy hour even on the weekend from 3-6, good deals on beer, wine and appetizers. I tried a local beer which was very good. We started with the Wu Tang tots, homemade potato balls fried. They were fresh and very delicious. I really wanted the chicken and waffles but the menu indicated it might be hot/spicy and I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spicy and the bartender warned against it so I went with the meatball sub: Traditional beef or Beyond Burger meatballs, house-made marinara, melted provolone with a side salad. Unfortunately the meatballs tasted like they were frozen and heated up and I was not a fan of the bread and trying to eat the sandwich with the meatballs rolling off the top of the sandwich. My friend had the Buffalo wings which were mediocre. There's parking on the street around the restaurant. It's cool because there's a couple restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop, donut shop, escape room all connected in this area.
