I’ve been sitting the drive thru at the window for 10 minutes and other orders have been placed behind me. I ordered a 5 peice tender. parking lot is empty no other customers. AI ORDERING DIDNT IMPROVE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL AS IVE BEEN BEFORE AND AFTER. It’s even worse now which is hard to fathom. When i got my tenders 4 were popcorn chicken size with one tender so pretty much a 2 peice. waste of my lunch and money.

Their robot drive through was annoying and just useless. The cashier still had to fix the order. Can’t say it’s making anything easier for anyone. I also had to wait for my order at the parking lot, even though the drive through wasn’t busy at all.
