Every time I order delivery I either have missing items from my order, or they give me someone else’s order. It’s so disappointing.Tried to reach out to Chipotle through chat to at least refund me the items I didn’t receive, both live chat agents closed the chats before even finding a resolution, this will be the last time I order chipotle. Terrible customer service.

Lack of customer service and food quality is terrible. When you order something through the Chipotle website, the food is always cold when it arrives at either my house or work. You can't get a hold of anyone at the facility. No one understands what you are talking about when you have an order issue. I will not be eating or ordering from this place ever.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle.All I asked for was by burrito to be double wrapped. No one understood what I was saying. I had two managers (collared shirts) come up and try to figure out what I was asking for but neither of them seemed to speak English well enough to understand me? It didn't make any sense to me. All 4 workers just stood there staring at each other until one of them asked "So you don't want it?"I explained 3 times that I just want it double wrapped with two tortillas. Never in 15 years of ordering chipotle had I ever had 4 people so dumbfounded at that request.When I was speaking directly to the manager, she couldn't understand what I was saying and was deferring to another employee to understand me.I understand conversational Spanish and from what I heard they had absolutely no clue what I was asking for.You cant run a restaurant in this area without someone being able to understand English. This makes no sense.

They have lunch break while the line is out the door waiting on them to open, not all items were ready to be served because they were sitting eating at 10:55 am. They held their hands up and told us wait until they’re finished eating. Trash everywhere on ground, this is the third time not going back to this ghetto chipotle.
