The female manager here sucks she’s rude and condescending. I’m leaving an extra star for Tim as I do come in regularly and he’s awesome. Said manager forced Tim to charge me twice for guacamole and as a store manager myself I know she’s just pushing her numbers, which is not okay integrity is still a thing.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went in with a group of teenagers and adults with disabilities and got our food and sat down. There was a teenager with autism who was admittedly yelling and being somewhat disruptive (as his behaviors are not in his control or ours) and we were interrupted and yelled at by a manger. This was absolutely disgusting to see from this store and we had quickly left afterwards but the blatant discrimination was appalling. The hate we faced from the staff there is now being reciprocated by me and I never want to hear about something like this happening EVER again.

My coworker and I ordered food at the wrong time. The staff was more than happy to remake the order when we got there over an hour and a half after. The girl from up front was SO freaking kind!!!! She was so helpful!! We appreciated them and their hospitality/service!

I used to be a huge fan of chipotle, but they somehow managed to increase their pricing and decrease their portions at the same time.. I remember the days with the gaint burritos and massive portions. Those days are over and I will now limit how often I go, it's sad.

eating the veggie sofritas bowl i ordered now, have found 2 bits of steak in it already. while i used to order chipotle 1-2 times a week, i dont come to chipotle often anymore because the quality has become an issue, at every store. unfortunately i cannot finish this.
Pitiful... $11 for half of what these burritos used to be...

Uhh, go here if you like small burritos. I usually get chipotle to have for both lunch and dinner, but lol, not from this location. Lunch was barely filling, and now I have to find something else for dinner, lmao. Not sure if it was a new employee or by manager's direction, but everything was half scooped. I mean, cool if you're on a diet or want to make your hands look huge or have a tiny stomach or something, but if I wanted a dinky burrito I wouldn't go to chipotle, lol.Increase your portions ya doofuses.Oh, parking sucks, but that's no fault of the workers here.Parking: The lot can hold literally 7 cars, and is shared with another business.

Employees being rude about standing in line .seriously standing in line..once we came up front was very rude about ordering food .asked someone else to make my food because it wasn't being made with wholesome love and generosity like chik fil a does..manager came and finished making my food and continued to be rude and I asked for some courtesy when my food is being made. She finished my bowl and threw it in the trash and I said that's not very nice.. we leftWon't come back to this chipotle because they weren't very nice and complained about being hammered for lunch hour..they weren't happy before we walked in
