Ordered two chicken bowls online with double chicken each. Double. Got zero chicken in one bowl and about 1/8th of a normal single serving in the other.This was Tuesday night 04/02/24.

Don’t order online. They were running 20-30 min behind online ordering schedule while people arriving in store and standing in line were waiting 5-10 minutes to go through the line. The one person handling the online orders received no help from the main line even when there became double the amount of people waiting on online orders than those popping up in the store.

Regularly went to this chipotle since moving to Denver 2 years ago and while they are out of major items almost every time, never had a major issue until the last time I went a month or two ago. I always (for 10+ years) get veggie bowls with guac on the side, which guac comes with veggie bowls. When the girl rang it up, she charged me for the guac and I said “oh I have a veggie bowl”. She said since I didn’t get it on my bowl and got it on the side, I had to be charged for it. Then another worker jumped in and said “and since you are getting chips too, you are definitely paying for the guac”…. I said I had never been charged for guac with veggie bowl before and the girl said “it’s a new rule”. Have since been going to the Arvada location and it’s not “a new rule” there.

Actually the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Workers act like they’ve never made food in their lives. I feel bad for the person that has to manage these people.

LOWEST RATED CHIPOTLE you'll find. Horrendous. How has corporate not discovered this dumpster fire? The reviews are 100% accurate, this location has a 2.8 for a reason. 1.6 on yelp lol

This is the worst chipotle storefront in the entire franchise. The food is always either incomplete or just completely wrong. I have stopped ordering on DoorDash all together because the order will be sent to this store and they will mess it up. I hope this storefront closes because it is ruining the image for the franchise.

What a terrible crew working at 32/Lowell location on Monday, March 11th at 9 pm. Out of basic ingredients b/c “ they’re not making them”…when customers ask for substitutions, the staff argues with the customers and when other customers chime in the staff and Manager tell customers to “mind their own business”. Used to be so much better at this store.

Asked for a large queso and chips and the girl said is a small bag okay. Like no? I’m paying $8 for mid queso and chips so I said the regular amount of chips please and she went to the back and poured a small bag of chips into a large chip bag and handed it to me. I didn’t notice until I got to my car. And they have a bathroom code with only one stall not broken. The amount of chips I got is a rip off. If the manager sees this you owe me a chips and queso thanks

Terrible take out experience. Restaurant was empty, but my food was over 10 minutes later than the promised pickup time. I watched the three staff make a group wait at the counter for over 5 minutes to order, while two of the staff dillydallied in the kitchen and dining room. Vote with your wallet and do not give this chipotle your business!

I live around this chipotle and I highly recommend trying the other great food around and not to come here. They are always out of ingredients and they do not know how to cook rice, it’s always hard. Also if you order online the portion is ridiculous, I’ve finished a bowl in four bites before. Something needs to change here because it is ruining the chipotle name for me.

There was no line and I was really rudely rushed. The guy first on the line rushed it to the girl who kept saying an then or what else. I didn’t get a chance with first guy to order 2 tortillas (in edition) and the girl said I’d have to order it with the first guy even though a line had formed and I couldn’t get back to him. She’s literally standing right next to him and won’t ask him for two more tortillas. I had to finally ask at the register. Just really rude.

The rice was so undercooked and hard. My guac was brown and I didn't get any silverware which is a shame because I was going back to work. This location is super close to my work, but it sucks because I don't think I would go back to this location again especially reading some of the other reviews. It seems like this location typically has a lot of problems
