Imagine paying $40 for a CHEAP glass of Glennnlevit and triple the cost of your favorite cigar. This is a place for stupid people to waste their money. So bring your own cigar (which is allowed) and just ask for water......or go to a better cigar lounge...Parking: Super over priced.

Came here on Valentine's Day to kill some time before our dinner reservations, and it was certainly a disappointment. The female bartender with the short black hair barely acknowledged that my partner and I existed. He ordered his drink and a cigar, and she served him his drink, forgetting his cigar. Another bartender noticed later that he was still waiting for it, and finally got one to him. Then, I ordered, and then she took the persons order next to me and served them first. She returned to me and asked me again what I had requested- a single glass of the only Pinot Grigio on the drink menu. Shockingly, she took another persons order and served them first, before finally giving me 1 glass of wine. My partner was then done with his drink and requested another. The bartender walked away, and then came back yet again asking what he had ordered. I wanted to leave her presence and sit at one of the tables, at which point she ran over to me to inform me that they were for "members only." Never told me members of what, and I certainly hope it was not Marriott Bonvoy, as I am, in fact, a member. After we were all finished and very displeased, we waited for her attention to request our check. She was so busy flirting with the man next to us that after a while, we gave up, and found the man who got my partner his cigar when she lazily failed to bring it to him. He gave us our check and she had overcharged us by around $20 with little apology, seeming drunk at this point. I thanked the man for removing it and for actually being attentive, and he informed me that he is very new and just doing his best. Terrible Valentine's Day experience and I feel very sorry for that man.

Expensive, if you plan on visiting plan on paying 3 times per cigar in any other lounge. Most of the cigars on the printed menu were out, I would plan on going to tablets where it would be far easier to update cigar prices and availability. The service was excellent the atmosphere is comfortable and warm.

I have been here a handful of times and will continue to bring friends and family. Not intimidating whatsoever. Very comfortable and friendly. Be sure to go to the website for information beforehand. You can bring your own sticks or pipe. Purchase and enjoy a pour of your favorite drink somewhere between $20-$1000

Good selection of drinks. Average selection of cigars. Decent atmosphere. Everything is overpriced though and the service is slow. For example, I sat down at the bar and ordered cigars and waited another 20 minutes before I had to go remind them to get the cigars. Disappointing.

This is a please miss. They don't take reservations. Yet on the last visit 1/2 the place was " reserved " and for over an hour those seats remained empty. The " manager" gave us an " oh well" and didn't even try to accommodate. I guess they don't need the business so skip it.
Extremly overpriced drinks and cigars, but the experience was unique. Very up-scaled treatment and ambiance. I'll come back again. The place is unique!!!!

An obvious old place. Classy though. It seemed like more locals than those of us actually staying at the hotel. Which is fine. It took quite awhile to get drink/cigar service. I actually had to get up and walk over to the guy to get his attention. And I must admit, I was a bit irked since we were not only spending a lot of money on our room. Then dinner. But the cigars I order are high-end.
