Asked for a water cup to go with food I ordered the manager hands me a used water cup with a name written on the bottom of it. I asked why she would do that she says she's out of cups why that wasn't the first logical answer is beyond me. To top it off she tells me to throw it away. Just wow
It was a Thursday night drive-thru visit. They completely wrecked our order. The Mashed Potatoes were paid for yet, missing from our bags. The cashier told us that half the chicken tenders would be spicy, and half regular. Yet, they placed all spicy in our box. Also, our chicken order was fried too hard.It was very disappointing.

We ordered chicken from this Church's Chicken location. We ordered 2 3 piece mixed combos, and a 5 piece chicken tender combo. Both breast pieces for the mixed combos were really dry and overcooked. All 5 pieces of the chicken tenders were overcooked and inedible. We won't be getting anything from here again.

The food has always been good at Church's, I have been eating here since a child in the early 80s in South Carolina.But your prices with no true upgrades to your menu, your demand to force a particular side on specials, and the lack of care when you do not ask is a customer want condiments is something I am not understanding as a loyal customer.Please do not allow insensitivity to ruin a great legacy.
