Not a fan. Never open. Mediocre food. Thrift shop ambiance.

Excellent vibes and even better food. I really enjoyed this spot. My wife and I stopped by for some appetizers and dinner after some drinks a block away. The service was very good. The restaurant is quite small so be prepared for cross talk and in that sense a euro vibe. Otherwise I thought everything I ordered was well cooked and very fresh. The quality of ingredients was another factor in my five star review. Overall a very good experience.

We came for their brunch to celebrate a birthday, and I would highly recommend checking this place out. The baked french toast was crispy and rich, and the simple breakfast hit the spot. They brought out complimentary cava brut and potato doughnuts, and even added a candle! We were so well taken care of, our server was attentive, and friendly.

We gave it 2 stars because we ordered take out and was still charges a 15% service charge. I think it’s shady and should state on the menu or website that takeout has a 15% fee. We ordered two glasses of wine and would have happily tipped the bartender …..until we got a 15% fee added to our bill. This was a one off for sure. Not that impressive either on the food. $100 for two pastas and two glasses of wine. Learned a lesson here.

My son and I ate here this evening. The food was good. It wasn't spectacular, but it was certainly good. We just had a large pasta servings. But that isn't my complaint. I want to warn anyone who is gluten free that I paid a $10 upcharge for a full portion of pasta. I've never run into anything like that before. I wish I had been told that before I ordered. They didn't even mention an upcharge so I didn't know anything about it. It really left a bitter taste in my mouth. Looking at other Italian restaurants and other restaurants around the area and in that same price range, no one else is doing that. Hence the two star review.

I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant, the staff, the drinks, and, of course, the food! I wanted to take my date somewhere special and I could not have picked a better choice! Paul is a gem and he helped me fix my reservation when I set it all wrong on Open Table lol and came by to introduce himself. We were given drinks to celebrate our special occasion that were on the house and truly made my date feel special. I will recommend this place for the rest of my life. The lamb and beef ragu was just about the best thing I’ve tasted in a very long time. Thank you to everyone at this amazing place!

Moldy building and mediocre food for the price. Salty sausage, eggs not cooked to order and "caramel" obviously a boiled can of condensed milk. Unenthusiastic recipes, no creativity. My server picked her nose in front of me and grabbed the rim of my water glass. Will be glad to see them closed in 6 months.

Coperta was exceptional in every way. The Restaurant Week menu was creative and absolutely delicious. One of the best Ragu/Bolognese dishes I have ever had. Our server was wonderful, attentive and so knowledgeable. And the ambience. Truly felt like we were in a wonderful trattoria in a village in Italy. What a wonderful evening, in so many ways!

We reserved a table for Denver Restaurant Week and we were very excited. We've lived in uptown for years and haven't tried it. We were sadly disappointed by the meals and the cost of them. We spent $200 and it did not feel worth that whatsoever. Our server was wonderful and she was on top of everything. She was a delight.

Disappointing experience. Our first time was good, second time fine, and last time not great. Our ticket got lost, which happens, that’s fine. But our server did not come to check on us or seem to realize we hadn’t received any food until we brought it to his attention 40 minutes later. One of the dishes was cool-warm but tasted good. We were not in a hurry but did not expect to spend 2.5 hours there for the entire experience. At the end all that was said was, “Hope you enjoyed everything”. And included a 23% service charge.
