Perhaps the dining room is a better option, but room service is incredibly disappointing...post COVID prices and service/delivery charges but now with paper containers and plastic cups!I've had 5 dinners from room service in as many nights. Everything but the flatbread was downright depressing...like eating takeout from a cafeteria.Tonight's "delight" was ltaate-free lnguine with 4 rubber clams and ice cream for $51.81.

We came for an early dinner before a nearby performance. Our food was very mediocre. The Caesar salad was a crime against humanity. The Brussels sprouts were decent, and the steak poutine was the highlight. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly.

Save your money and skip a meal is my advice if you don’t feel like going to a nearby restaurant- there are several really great ones only a block or two via short walk.Slow service, waiter didn’t write down the order and got two of the three meals incorrect. Passed by table no less than ten times without refills, when asked for refill he only did one of the three teas.Never asked how the food was, never cleared our plates, had to ask for refills three times, had to grab another waiter to get our check and on top of all of that they automatically add 20% -so no wonder why they treat you so poorly they couldn’t care less.We were for a dance competition and there is wide spread sentiment saying the same - no service, food incorrect, no acknowledgment, I mean it was offensive. He didn’t even care that he got two of the orders wrong and was put out by the interaction.During our last visit they got our room service incorrect and to top it off you pay way too much for the quality of food.We witnessed this with other tables - no refills - had to ask for bills - one family just got up and left without paying - fastest I saw him move all night to go after them. They prioritized cleaning off tables over taking orders, asking about your meal, refills, asking for desert or bringing a check. So if you’re looking for a terrible experience or looking to be treated like you are a bother this is the place for you.I would skip a meal before giving them business again, I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. Run don’t walk to any of the restaurants nearby or have the food delivered like we have the rest of the weekend.Pictures is the pile of dishes he left in front of me while not refilling our drinks - ignoring us- and not bringing our tab.It felt like we were being punked - there are no words to express how pathetic the service is.

It was okay. I got the flat iron steak & pomme puree, they were cooked correctly but arrived cold. My husband's burger was overly salty. Brussels sprouts were good & hot. Service was good.

The food is good but the portions are ridiculously small for the price.

My husband and I ate at the breakfast buffet here both mornings we stayed. Donald is the friendliest and kindest host staff ever and made the environment enjoyable. The food selection was excellent, all the food items were of high quality, but there were also many kid-friendly food options. The coffee is brewed strong and is delicious. The package that includes breakfast with your stay is well worth the value. For $6 extra per night, my husband and I got breakfast included even though the price of breakfast alone for 2 was about $60. You’re literally paying a tenth of the price for the same experience. The bar staff were also friendly and made excellent drinks. I got their winter seasonal apple pie cocktail one of the nights we stayed and it was delicious and decently priced.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of options that most kids would like, such as yogurt, cereal, fruit, bagels, and juice.

The staff was very nice. They were very busy because it was New Year's Eve and they messed up my plate a few times, but they really were helpful with it all. The poutine was yummy! We had a good time there.

Naima, Donald, and Kyle provided A1 service. Very polite and courteous. I think their service might have actually made the food taste better. If you are ever here for breakfast or brunch, make sure you ask for them. Also, the value you get for the buffet can't be matched.

Very kind servers and tasty food. There was a mixup with our entree order, so they offered us free drinks while we waited. They went above and beyond and also took care of our entree (it had been close to two hours at this point), and we were shocked. They totally didn’t need to do that, since we did devour the meal! Honestly it shows how much they care about the customer experience. I would highly suggest the chicken and their Blanc to Blanc Wine :)

The Courier Market Bar Kitchen is located in the Grand Hyatt Denver. For a 26 story hotel that hosts alot of conventions, this restaurant is very small. We had dinner here after a long flight. Service was friendly and professional. The food was okay but the main draw of this restaurant is the convenience of location. We started with General Tso Cauliflower ($9). It was a very large bowl of hot and crispy batter fried florets tossed with a meh "Asian" sauce that resembled what you might get at Panda Express. We ordered the Flat Iron Steak ($29) that was served with a green salad and way too many baby potates (at least a dozen!). The medium sized steak was tender and well prepared. We also ordered the Bison Burger ($24) that was served with a huge side of hot and crispy tater tots. The tater tots were the best part of our entire meal.

One of the better buffet style breakfast .Food was good and pancakes were decent size and good ( not the terrible tiny silver dollar size ) Made to order omelets .The pastries were so so . Service good

Lovely little hotel restaurant with delightfully delicious food. The double cut pork chop was tender and cooked to perfection. The lamb duet was yummy. Our starter was a very unique general tsos cauliflower, which was mouth-watering. The wedge salad was perfect for two. Definitely a recommend.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options

Service and food were excellent. Price was high but worth it for the quality. Did not like the 20% auto tip, which is listed as service fee, which is confusing. Just remember not to tip twice since it's already included.

Nice brunch for a good price, excellent service from Donald and Gail. The omelettes cooked to order were a highlight. Only suggestion is that they change their coffee vendor- it’s quite an acidic brew.We also had a few appetizers in the evening, and they were quite good.

Had two experiences at Courier and unfortunately both were disappointing. First, had the breakfast buffet where the food and wait staff were good. Unfortunately was not notified of a 20% convenience fee that was tacked on until we got the bill. Second, had dinner on Father's Day around 6:30 PM. Not too many people yet the wait time for food and getting the attention of the wait staff was excessively long. Burger was way too salty and the daily special of a "BBQ platter" came with charred sausage and overcooked dry brisket. Perhaps it was just bad luck, but would recommend tempering expectations if you dine here.
