Excellent Indian food! Glad my boyfriend and I went to eat here. It’s a small cozy spot in Denver but worth it!

I also do not understand the previous reviews. Nothing about this restaurant made sense and the service was horrendous. We were pointed to a table when we first walked in and sat down hoping it was the right spot. There were flies everywhere. It looked like the table tops and floors were not cleaned well. We held out hope for the food after reading the reviews. Then our sauces for the samosa came out frozen and the flavor of everything was very bland. There is much better Indian food for that price around Denver. Highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I was staying in Denver for a week and naturally I had to try the local Indian food and Crown of India was my favorite in the Denver area!Delicious rice, delicious curry, delicious naan!!In fact, I had lunch here 2 days in a row and then my last dinner in town was here also....yep, 3 times in a week. So that should definitely tell you how impressed I was with the food!!

Best curry and Masala I've ever had super cute and fun environment!

We just tried this place yesterday and it was lovely. All the food was tasty and well spiced, the owner was very nice and friendly and attentive. We showed up closer to closing time than we'd hoped, but they were very nice about it and told us to take our time. The samosas were really good and not greasy at all like they are at some places. We also had paneer makhni (mild), aloo sag (medium, which had a good kick), and garlic naan (good smokiness and crispiness). I'd been going to the same Indian place for years so it's nice to have an alternative.

We got take out from here and it was very good. Had the mango curry and their garlic naan. Both were very flavourful. Ordering online through their site was super easy. The staff was quite friendly and we will definitely be back for dine in.

Great authentic Indian food. Right amount of spice and mixture of flavors.

I honestly don’t understand all the rave reviews. The place is affordable. The food was okay but it won’t bring me back. The sauces lacked a complexity I’ve found in better restaurants. I’ve also enjoyed Indian meals for many years and this was generously middle of the pack. Service was fine. The ambiance inside was…rough. Looked like they just took ownership of the building. Temperature inside the building had to be close to 80 degrees. I wish these folks well, they are clearly trying.

Awesome service ! Yummy food !We arrived before the restaurant opening time. The owner’s family arrived right on time and took our orders and prepared the food within a reasonable time. It was yummy and flavorful! Both adults and kids enjoyed the food and the ambience !Wish they could keep the the place little more cooler. Otherwise no complaints .. food is very tasty, prices reasonable, service is excellent. We will definitely go back !

This is the best Indian we’ve had in Denver. It is head and shoulders above everything else in the city, especially when it comes to fish. There was a place called Mehak in cherry creek, but the former manager left and it is no longer as good as this place. It seems like they do a way better job with spices and freshness. They also seem to use quality ingredients and take their time. They could use a bar and better decorations, but it adds to the ambiance. If you are looking for awesome food, this is the spot.

The food is the star of the show. Masala and Vindaloo were excellent. The staff was very friendly. Crown of India is definitely on the rotation!

A great neighborhood spot with amazing food. The chicken makhani was perhaps my favorite Indian dish I've ever eaten. The food is reasonably priced, the portion sizes are appropriate, and the staff is very friendly. Only thing to look out for is that the actual prices are about 10% more than what is shown on the menus at the restaurant. The online prices, however, are accurate
