Best French dip I’ve ever had, no exaggeration here. I asked the person taking my order (his name is Shea and he also made the work of art sandwich for me) if I should get the Cuban or French dip without hesitation he said French dip. This was a solid breakfast sandwich. Probably one of the better I’ve had in the city, to be perfectly honest. The eggs were perfectly fluffed, their bacon was salty and crisp with a pleasant crunch. The cheese was a perfect addition and not overpowering like many sharp cheddars are. Bagel was soft, chewy and a suitable representation of a NY style bagel. I ordered the breakfast bagel and eggs with cheddar cheese and bacon. The cheddar cheese is $1.50 extra and bacon is an extra $4.50.Usually when you order a side of bacon at any breakfast place you get at least three or four slices of bacon but on this sandwich for $4.50 extra you get a tablespoon worth of bacon bits.Guys we know things are more expensive these days but this is gouging.
