Stay Eatin' Bruh 1.

A wide variety of wine, exceptional desserts that pair with the drinks and pizza that is extremely fresh. With a low lit vibe and their own wine flavors lining the shelves this is a great spot to come to night. They even have wine flights. Deep thought from staff goes into each option here and the food is a great light option to pair with drinks. Thank me later, follow me now, stay eatin' bruh!

From start to finish the meal was outstanding and staff couldn't do more to look after you and make you feel welcome. Our meal was outstanding. The tapas and main courses were all delicious. The seating is beautifully arranged. The whole experience was fantastic.

LOVED this place. it had great wine and a small town vibe where the chef made me a vegan pizza to order... and it was amazing

Great service, and AMAZING FOOD! Y'all get the truffle sweet potato fries and you will not regret it. Along with the fried Oreos. 10/10. Also the pizza is super tasty.

Definitely something different. Was surprised to see so many in jeans and sneakers. Fun place to try new wines. Staff is very helpful with trying new wines in the wine flight. Cheese is fun too.

Loved this place! Great wine & charcuterie boards! I sat at the bar but could totally see myself in the corner reading a good book while enjoying the ambiance. Definitely going back!

Savannah was 100% amazing! Quick, efficient service. Gave us an extra flight that was poured accidentally for free. Also, huge seller here: masks required but NO PROOF OF VACCINE REQUIREMENT! Tried a couple other wineries that required vaccination proof and never again- as a phlebotomist who HAD to go into these rooms at the HEIGHT of covid before anything was even available, and then threatened with being fired from my job- I will continuously support businesses that don't require this.

The wine was incredible and I would definitely go back for a drink, but I'm giving this place 2 stars because the food was terrible. Huge pieces of rosemary on every dish. We had to pick off the pile to try to enjoy the food underneath. I had the Angel hair pasta as my main dish and the chicken was super chewy and did not taste like anything. I was very disappointed especially since it was $19 a plate. However, the wait staff was super kind and attentive. I'd recommend coming for a drink and going somewhere else for dinner.

Tried a few new wines that were delicious! Great bartender and pours. Interior was large and cozy we enjoyed the hanging chairs. Muled wine and Chardonnay were great. We will be back!

We stopped in for a glass of wine and appetizer. Super cute, very clean little family owned wine bar. The sweet potato truffle fries were spectacular. Perfect crunch and excellent flavor. Our waitress was really sweet and accommodating. The fries come with an aioli that's yummy but I preferred them with ketchup (or by themselves, so flavorful!) highly recommend coming here for a date night, glass of wine, or a girls night. Great location right next to 16th street mall.

There aren't tons of true wine bars in Denver, so we were excited to hear about Deep Roots opening in Rino. First off, the space is awesome. It shares a building with Bierstadt, so if you're feeling some beer before hitting the wine, that's just steps away. Deep Roots has a huge outdoor seating area that extends into the parking lot, so when it's nice outside you can bask in the sun while sipping your wine. We both chose to have wine flights, and all of them were tasty. I'm no sommelier, I just know that my very unrefined pallet liked the taste of the wine so it's a win in my book! I thought the prices for wine were on par with other places, unless your idea of wine is going down to your local dive bar where they'll give you a pour of yellow tail for $8. As for the food, the hits are in the small plates. The main dishes are either pasta or pizza (the pasta we had was delicious by the way), but the small plates have tons of variety. Id recommend what we did and get several small plates and one entree to top it off. Great addition to the Rino neighborhood!

Other favorites have come and gone, but I'd rate Deep Roots as the best winery/wine bar in Denver right now. The space is comfortable and elegant, the wines are fantastic with an excellent food menu, and the staff is particularly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We arrived just in time for Happy Hour and started with $5 glasses (regularly $13!) of the delicious and complex 2016 Colorado Cabernet Sauvignon. This was a terrific wine. Far superior to the offerings at several other local wineries. We then put together two $10 charcuterie/cheese boards from a selection of a dozen options. We picked aged gouda, Irish cheddar, wild boar, and truffle salami. These came with sweet peppers, olives, almonds, and crispy crackers. Every item was very high-quality and went beautifully with the wine. Finally, we couldn't resist the sweet potato, truffle fries which were sprinkled with parsley, parmesan, and garlic and came with a dipping sauce. Perfectly piping hot and crispy--just out of this world. Definitely satisfied my sweet potato fries craving. The staff said this was a relatively new menu item. A huge hit with me!We had been running around town all afternoon and just happened to park near Deep Roots while hurrying to catch an art exhibit shortly before closing time. The sign caught my eye and I remembered we had not been to the winery since well before the pandemic. We had enjoyed our last visit and this time was even better. Don't miss this place!
