After a 20 minute wait I finally got the waiter's (the manager) attention to which he replied " there is no sleeping in here" -I had my head down on the table in tired frustration-I was immediately profiled and made to pay for my meal before hand and was told it was a rule and when I asked why we were the ONLY ones made to do so he stated someone that looked like me left without paying and even had the audacity to blatantly admit he had profiled me.Only one staff was pleasant but both manager I encountered was sickening. I was also witness to other customers being treated inexcusably. What's up with you guys at Denny's??It's disgusting and disgraceful. I even have it on video

Waited there 15 minutes while we see the waitress not even acknowledging us there! She was too busy chatting with the cook over the window laughing and having a great time! We didn’t even get to order, didn’t want to waste more time there, we just walked out!! Don’t recommend at all

My family of 10 and I came to eat, I kept asking g the waiter to bring me coffee for half an hour. My son asked for onion rings and gave him fries and my niece asked for seasoned friend and brought her plain fries. The lady was not being attentive or getting our orders correctly.

These folks seem to have a problem reading an order. I ordered a Build Your Own Grand Slam. The order included 4 bacon strips, 2 sausage patties and didn't include hash browns. What I got was 4 bacon strips, hash browns and no sausage.Thankfully, Uber Eats gave me credit for the entire order.
