Horrible customer service. These people are really miserable and rude. We drive here occasionally from Colorado Springs with our kids. Every single time we are treated very poorly by whoever is working behind the counter. I'll never understand why this is allowed and is very bad business.

Wait in line, rude service, struggle to get table. I don't get why people like this place.

The bakery here is an absolute treasure in Wash Park. Everything I've had here is delicious, and I can't wait to try the rest of their buttery catalog. My only beef is that the baristas are a tad grumpy. Worth a frown for the galette, though!

On our way home from vacation, a friend suggested that we go here for brunch to catch up. There were 6 of us (3 adults, 3 kids). Before ordering, we moved two single tables together (after cleaning one) so our children could sit down while we tackled the counter. After we did, a guy from behind the counter said someone “who already ordered” needed the table I cleaned!!Their venue is not accommodating to parties greater than 2 or 3. There is bar seating and a few single tables but if you’re a family, you should either get food to go or go somewhere else.Their food looks amazing but we chose to go somewhere more welcoming of our business.

Awesome bakery with awesome coffee and baked goods. Great service and atmosphere. Lots of cool stuff not coffee related. I bought some dog treats while I was there. My only complaint is that I waited so long to come here.

Great selection of coffees and teas and fresh pastries. Very vintage feel, I could hang out all morning at the place, munch on pastries and just people watch!

This has been one of my most favorite bakeries in Colorado for almost a decade! They have a very wide selection and everything is always amazingly delicious.

Pretty disappointed by the service today. Barista forgot to put vanilla in my latte so he just drizzled it on top and told me to go stir it. I also feel like they should take your name down when you order to avoid confusion on which drinks belong to which customers. Do better.

Came here on a trip to Denver and ordered a variety of pastries, and every single one was amazing. We ordered the German chocolate mousse cake, the key lime tart, the old fashioned donuts, and a small Devil’s Food chocolate Bundt cake. Not a single dud in the bunch, literally every single one was super delicious. Kind and friendly staff, in a lovely part of town. Will be returning!
