I was just there the other day but why does the store always seem dirty?Maybe the manager should lead by example and the store might be cleaner if he was…..(his hair looked like it wasn’t washed for a week)

The cashier was very sweet and listened to our request for a drink. She made our experience nice. So on 4/3/24 the one cashier at 11:15am you are an excellent employee!!

They miss items every time we go. Food quality is pretty low compared to other Dunkin Donuts.

This drive through is a nightmare - Starbucks next door is much faster and more efficient!

They were out of cold brew, they were out of espresso because their machine is broken and the bathrooms are out of order. Wow.

I thought I purchased coffee, but I think it might be tea . No tea would be stronger than that. I’m not sure what I was given. I ordered a coffee and I think I got brown hot water!! I would think this is probably re-brew coffee from yesterday I’m sure of it.

Never in stock with the right food, slow on mobile orders. A genuinely laughable amount of wrong orders

Not only is this the worst Dunkin' I've been to, but it's also the worst fast food/drive-thru place I've been to PERIOD. I don't even do google reviews but my dissatisfaction is so strong that it drove me to write this. Dunkin' is already the "McDonald's" of coffee businesses to me, so I already don't expect much, but man this Dunkin' is the worst! I mean McDonald's is even LEAGUES better than this place. My order is never correct and the customer service is atrocious. (Other than maybe one experience with them.) It's probably because the staff is full of either crackheads or delinquents who never know what they're doing! It could be the simplest thing and they somehow always manage to mess it up. And whenever I ask a question, like for example how their menu items are made, or how many shots of espresso go into their lattes, they never seem to know the answer! I'm just over it at this point. If you want Dunkin', do not go here.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to with the slowest service I have ever experienced at any drive thru establishment. Any time I have ever been here, regardless of anyone being in line before me or not, my wait for food is at least 10-15 minutes. Doesn’t matter if it’s something as simple as a bagel and cream cheese, the wait is unreasonably long. This morning, there were 2 cars in front of me when I arrived at the drive thru. It took over 10 for me to even reach the speaker to order. One customer was waiting at the speaker for several minutes until someone asked to take their order. Horrible, horrible service.

I wanted a cup of hot chocolate for my grandson and me and what he gave us was cocoa with water, it didn't even feel sweet. It was very hot and I asked him to please give me cold water so that my grandson could drink it and he gave me half a glass of ice. And just add a little ice and that was pure water. No flavor. What a mess. I wanted to start a routine of celebrating the school weekend, taking my grandson on Friday after school like I did with my sisters in New Jersey. But not. The truth is that that cocoagua was more expensive for me. He charged me almost 5 dollars for a long one, and a small one for my grandson, plus my grandson's dounat. $12.- approx. Never more. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have come back for me refound.
