We stopped in before a show at the Paramount. Food was very good and service was fast and friendly. There was an error with our order which was quickly corrected. The food was not inexpensive, but that is typical of most restaurants downtown.

Who doesn’t love a late night happy hour? This place was amazing from being able to keep separate checks for a big group to the food! They even had a bottle of champagne for us since we were a bachelorette group. This place is perfect to start your night and get some food and drinks in you before heading out !

We went to Earls on Glenarm today, and it was fantastic. The bloody Mary was really good, as was the food. The creme brulee was fantastic! Best of all was the amazing service by Liam and Ricky!

Fantastic service. Everyone from the host to the server to the manager was incredibly nice and welcoming. We had included in our reservation that it was our anniversary and they congratulated us from when we checked in. Gave us a hand written card and included a dessert. The staff really made it such a wonderful night. Thank you!! Food was also good and with good sized portions. Dessert was amazing!

Surprisingly good healthy-ish options. Our table had the poke, vegan kale pizza and sesame ube noodles. Drinks were running a little slow but the manager took care of it right away. Overall good experience.

Nice casual place to eat, interesting menu, nice location and the seating is comfortable. As the evening went on the noise level increased but the service was good and our steak and sushi dinner was enjoyable as well as unique.
This was our second time to come here and eat at the bar. The first time we experienced perhaps the worst service at a bar ever. Completely ignored by the busy female bartender and not even acknowledged. After ordering our drinks we waited an eternity for them. Last night was better - but not much. Prefer a second glass of wine and then put out my credit card to pay. Drank the wine slowly... could NOT get the attention of bartender to pay and leave. Had to stand and hold my card in the air to make clear I had to go. Sushi was great and Burger was great. But simply sad service.

We came to Earl's for the good reviews (had lunch, business, 5 people).The food was excellent. The atmosphere was good.The service was adequate, the reason for my 3 stars is that the waitress didn't really have much of a touch that would be expected at a premium restaurant. She repeatedly didn't get my jokes - which was off-putting (I gave up on that after 3 failed ones - strictly limiting my interactions to the bare minimum) and would come up and interrupt without any thought to pause just a bit second, when there was ongoing conversation at the table. (it's typical for waiting staff to come close, wait in a way that whoever is speaking would see that they are holding up service, at which time the speaker has the opportunity to finish their thought and then signal to let the waiting staff speak - she clearly did not have that touch)Again, nothing terrible, overall a good experience, would recommend to friends - this waitress may have been relatively inexperienced. That's all.

Came in for a late dinner for 7. Four of us ordered the filet mignon and we then found out it was 86'd. Ordered bottled still and server plopped it on the table, this a pet peeve of mine and speaks to server skill, they did not pour even the first glass, sounds snotty but it is a service perk when you pay for your water. The rest of party selected either the sirloin or ribeye, ribeye was inedible and most left behind. I get it was late on a Thursday but being on your game every minute is key in the industry, as a chain they seem to all lack some drive. My food was well prepared and had good flavor.
