Came in 9/26 to pick up a bagel. One lady behind the counter didn’t greet us but proceeded to stuff her face right next to where they prep the food for customers while she was cooking eggs. The counter they prepare folks orders on is also filthy.Otherwise the staff was friendly and once the lady finished her food she did take our order and prepare our items. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location with what I saw though.

The usual bagels with garden veggie spread. The bagels were slightly burnt on part of the rim.

Twice now we have ordered and had an issue with an order, this time we did not have 2 eggs even thought we paid for it. We noticed after we got back home. Why are we not able to complain using the app???Why with covid the flu being over and for this long, you still do not have furniture for your your guests to sit in side???? Its absolutely ridiculous. We will stop going once again until we see a place to sit. You're literally the last of the hold out, you all just don't get it. Taco bell was take out only forever because they had problems with hiring, but they are even fully open now. What's your excuse.

Needed a breakfast option and got a bagel sandwich. Good. I ordered a large coffee and on the way realized I forgot to ask for cream and sugar and they never asked which they should.
