Ordered the chorizo sunrise egg sandwhich from this location for breakfast. Food was ready as expected. Staff was friendly. The sandwich itself was very tasty. I would order it again. It seems this location is drive thru only.

They took forever to get the order done and then got almost every part of the order wrong. Didn’t toast the bagel, strawberry cream cheese instead of plain, an everything bagel instead of a plain bagel, and no bacon in the bacon egg cheese sandwich. An absolute failure.

The ginger girl is rude and needs to learn to listen instead of getting mad. Food is burnt half the time.

Ordered a chorizo sunrise bagel with 1 egg. I got a burnt bagels with nothing but a piece of sausage on it. Ruined my morning. And I didn't get a receipt so I have no way of rectifying this.Edit to add: I contacted the business for a refund request and have not received a response. Disappointing.

Not being given Classic coldbrews as requested.. there was chocolate and some other stuff in there. Also Einsteins it’s 2023 why are there no dairy free milk alternatives?Weird thing about todays experience was being held up at the window for like 5 minutes over 2 coffees, they didn’t even ask if we wanted a receipt? So can’t even look to see if they simply made the drinks wrong or put the order in wrong. Either way, we took a 1 time chance on Einsteins and now starbs and Dunkin’ are going to continue to be our obvious favs.

Like their bagels, hate their sandwiches. The sandwiches have a sort of stale taste. One thing that's stopping me from loving their bagels is that you have to eat them same day or they just get really hard. However, I do buy their Honey Almond cream cheese and just use my own bagels. I'm not a fan of cream cheese because it tastes like sour cheese. But they do something to that Honey Almond to make me addicted. Basically there's some good things and their are some bad things about Einstein's.

As a first-time customer, I am kind of disappointed, really. I got the all-nighter breakfast sandwich, and it's basically a McDonald's egg sandwich with the imitation eggs and cheap bacon. It just has a better bun. I was hoping for real egg just like you see on the menu!

Food and beverages were top notch quality that Einstein's is known for. Poor rating is due to the unwelcoming environment. No sugar, no creamer, no utensils, no seating. Felt like I was inconveniencing them by not using the drive thru.

always have bad luck with this location, today will be my last time! the sign said $6.5x for my sandwich, I didn't even get egg. when I asked at the window why it was $10, Rio got a major attitude, said he's only making $15.50/hr, the sign wasn't in his job description and asked if I had a better job to offer him. I wasn't even rude when I asked about the price.

Always love getting some breakfast here. The bagel sandwiches are delicious and the hashbrowns are my favorite!
